The property has everything you need and is home from home. It is airconditioned which we needed desperately as they were having a heatwave. Unfortunately the second bedroom does not have air con just a fan which we did have to use as it was very hot and the air con did not seem to reach that room. We then realised half way through the week that the unit in the lounge was not working properly and made a few adjustments and it was then fine. It might be a good idea to tell people that they have to empty the bottles outside as we woke up one morning to a bit of a flood on the balcony.
In the description it does make it sound like there are two bathrooms when it says 1 bathroom and 1 WC which could be worth amending
You will need a car if you want to explore the area the nearest beach is 30 mins away walking and a lot of them do not have sun loungers and brollies you do need to take your own otherwise is is 15 euros a day for two sunbeds and a parasol. There is a few bars about 5 mins walk away and then the playa flamenco centre whith more bars and restaurants is 15 mins away.
The property has a great roof terrace to catch the sun with chairs loungers and even a shower you can plug into the tap to cool you off. The front balcony is nice in the morning as the sun does not come round til about 11.
There are two communal pools but we only went to 1 which was nice and quiet. The only downside to this is that there were no loungers so it is a towel on the grass or sit on the bench.
All in all the property is good value in a very friendly street, everyone says hello even the spanish but it is a bit out of the way

We hired a car and travelled to the appartment, it was such an easy journey and the appartment was so easy to find with the added bonus of being able to park nearby. The neighbours were very welcoming without being intrusive, a great source of local knowledge, very helpful!! The appartment was exactly what we wanted, clean, tidy and all the required bits and bobs. The balcony in the morning was great and the roof terrace in the late afternoon is a perfect way to end a sunny day. The Pool is a goo size. Then onto the local amenities, loads of good bars and restaurants within walking distance, The Abbey has a great garden and fantastic Sangria! A great holiday, excellent value, WE WILL BE BACK!

The apartment was great value for money, very close to all amenties and had everything you needed. Very close to the pools which were totally private and was only a short walk to the nearest beach.

The apartment is lovely and very well equipped. We found the neighbours to be friendly and helpful. The two pools are private and well maintained. We have two young children and spent a lot of time at the pool, and as the gate is card activated, we would lie back and relax! There is a great selec tion of restaurants, all within walking distance, from 5 mins to 20 mins and we found them to be child friendly and good value for money. Torrivieja is only a short taxi journey and well worth a visit, as is the Aqua Park. The Playa Flamenca Street Market on Saturday is a MUST and only a 10 min walk from the aptment. We had a relaxing holiday and will definitely go back again.

I booked this apartment for 10 nights for myself wife and 16 yr old daughter and flew to Murcia airport.Directions from the airport to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was obviously someones holiday home because of the good standard of furniture and the nice personal touches.Living room and double bedroom had a/c but twin had a standing fan kitchen was well equipped. There is a choice of 2 swimming pools to use one 2mins (pictured in description) walk away and other 5mins away both clean and tidy. We would book this apartment again shops/pubs all within walking distance of between 5 and 30 mins.
My only downside is this its not really suitable for a teenager unless they have a sibling or friend with them as not much for them to do
