The apartment is a brand new, 2 bedroom, luxury golf apartment on the new La Torre Golf Resort from Polaris World. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and can be easily accessed via the stairs or a lift from the secure underground car-park right to the apartment front door. The accommodation comprises of 2 twin bedrooms, both fully equipped with fitted wardrobes & drawers.
On the terrace is a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, taking in the stunning views of the fantastic pool, the golf course, a lake, the Town Centre and Club House. For the sun-worshippers there are private sunloungers for use by the pool.

La Torre Golf Resort was designed by Nicklaus Design, and offers 18 holes, par 68 with four sets of tees. Provisional distances: (Black) 5,350m; (Blue) 4,934m; (White) 4,422m; (Red) 3,822m. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provided added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.
La Torre Golf Resort’s course has 18 holes combining different obstacles that compels you to use all your clubs and put into practice your talent. Around the course you will find all kinds of services to practice golf and improve it: including the club house, a pro-shop, driving range and golf school.
Three lakes complete the exuberant landscape of this course. One of the shortest rounds the La Torre Golf Resort offers makes this course ideal for both average players as well as those with a high handicap. At the same time, La Torre Golf Resort preserves the challenge for experienced players who, parting from the furthest tee, will have to devise the appropriate strategy to cover the fairway with the perfect shot. Completed with all the perfect features for practice, La Torre Golf Resort is undoubtedly a mandatory stopover for golf players.

The medical centre is now open at La Torre Golf Resort. The centre offers general medicine services, clinical analysis, physiotherapy, the sale of medical products and the arrangement of appointments in other medical centres.

Murcia
The region of Murcia is situated on the Costa Calida (which translates to 'The Warm Coast') between Costa Blanca and Costa de Almeria. The region is easily accessible via Alicante airport (about 50 minutes) and Murcia-San Javier airport (about 15 minutes). Getting around in the region is easy by car as the area has a modern road network connecting all the major towns.
During the summer months the weather can get very hot yet the winters are mild with the annual temperature averaging around 21 degrees. The province of Murcia is irrigated by the Rivers Segura, Murdo and Sangonera which makes ideal conditions for the many orchards of citrus fruit. In contrast the area also has expanses of dry, arid land where olives and vines thrive, then turning to desert-like land covered in cacti and palms.
The province has 170km of coastline with wonderful beaches at La Manga and Aguilas, in addition to the largest salt water lagoon in Europe - the Mar Menor. The historical city of Cartagena has a large port with lively bars and restaurants and can offer some excellent shopping.
The city of Murcia is described as one of the most beautiful and historic in the country. The city stands on the banks of the river and enjoys all year round sunshine. It has the highest temperatures in the region. There is a great deal of Moorish influence in the city, not least of all the impressive city walls. After the re-conquest, the 20 mosques in the city were turned into churches. The Cathedral is the most highly prized building in the city. The first foundation stone was laid in 1388 by Bishop Pedrosa but it took four centuries to complete.
Among the other splendid buildings to see is the Bishop's Palace located near the Cathedral. Dated 1748 it has two wonderful facades. The Convent Church of Santa Ana is 18th century and is the third church to be built on this site, the original being 1490. Here you can try the freshly baked cakes, made by the nuns and served through a revolving hatch. The Church of San Miguel is an 18th century church which has wonderful coloured altar-pieces. The Almudi dates from 1602 and houses the art centre and city archives.
In all, Murcia has everything to offer the visitor and you can almost certainly guarantee that no matter what time of year you visit, you will be wrapped up in some kind of fiesta or celebration. You will find the people pleasant and friendly towards tourists.
