We had a lovely stay at the apartment, very comfortable and well furnished. Lovely pool and facilities. Very quiet area.

Pros: Comfortable, clean flat (not villa), quite well-equipped
Excellent complex with security & facilities (pool & spa)
Air-conditioning!
Quiet area with minimal extraneous noise
No internet or satellite TV (should this be a con??)
Cons: Local facilities (nearly 1km) - limited and very Anglophile
Other facilities (2-3km) - dangerous road without footpath (car only) lots of shops & restaurants
Beach (4km) or more - walking as above.
Overall: Good spot for quiet relaxing holiday by the pool

Although the property is not a bungalow every other aspect was as the the owner described. The use of the Spa facilities is a real bonus and really gave our holiday a feel of extra luxury. We did not experience any problems during our stay but from the communications that we received prior to the holiday, the extensive instruction "manual" that was provided and the practical method used for the delivery/return of the keys Im sure that if any had arisen they would have been dealt with effectively. A car is essential if you want to see the best parts of this area of Spain and there is a lot more that we want to see so it is probable that we will book this property again in the future.

We have had an excellent stay at the Royal Park Spa. The apartment is extremely well specified and has everything we needed and more for our weeks stay. Take time to explore the "real" Spain as well as the surrounding resort areas. The Rondas bars are also worth a stop and the Persian restaurant upstairs.

The apartment was great and well equipped. The pool and Spa were top notch, very good when you want to cool down. The area surrounding the apartment has everything you want and need. There are so many good beaches in the area, all with lots of different activities for all ages. All in all, a fantastic holiday.

The apartment was wonderful, so spacious with a brilliant enclosed garden. The spa was great, although I couldnt really see the point of the biothermal foot thing, or the hydro beds! There is an Aldi supermarket five mins walk away, along with a few bars and restuarants, but the best ones are on the main Cabo Roig strip which is about twenty mins walk. It would be easier to have a car really as you are quite far from the main area, including the beach, but we didnt mind walking there. The best place we found to eat was Manhattan on the main strip, excellent food at a really cheap price! The pool man/caretaker at the villas was so nice, the kids loved him! All in all I would thoroughly recommend it!

This ground floor apartment (not a bungalow) was finished to a high standard within a quality development with good pool and Spa facilities. It is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxed holiday.
We enjoyed our holiday at the property and hopefully the large glass dining table (non safety glass) will not be replaced. We were awoken on the first morning to the sound of it crashing to the floor. Thankfully no one was near the table or there could have been very serious injuries.
A car is essential with the property as there is no easy access to the beaches or Cabo Roig strip. There is a limited selec tion of local restaurants/cafes and Aldi foodstore within 1km.

the accomoation was lovely, very clean. the garden was a great bonus. and the spa was brill. heated pool is great for winter specially with a 2 year old who loves swimming. will hopefully be back again.
