Although we had a good holiday the apartment was a let down. The balcony was great, large with great view over Los Cristianos and good facilities (4 Sunbeds and nice table with 6 chairs) Unfortunately the apartment was in dire need of some attention. The bottom was falling out of at least 6 drawers, the shower head fell off the wall regularly, grouting missing and cracked tiles but the worst of all was the horrible 3 piece suite. It was made of pvc but was so worn all that was left was the cotton base, this was then covered ina shabby blanket, which I really didnt fancy sitting on. Such a disapointment after paying over £400 for the week. WIFI was also too slow to use satisfactorily. Our second week was spent in another property in Las Americas (we paid a similar amount but got what we paid for this time. Excellent)

This is a very nice apartment in a lovely location and on a nice complex. The balcony is excellent and makes the holiday. The standard of the furnishings etc is ok but there is not much attention to detail and could be improved with little effort. The worst part is the sofa and chairs which are literally dopping to bits and are well past their best and spoils the apartment. However the balconey made up for this and we had a lovely holiday but this is something that really needs replacing to improve the overall standard.

Having stayed in Los cristianos on several occasions, this is by far the nicest property iv stayed In, with superb views overlooking the whole of Los cristianos and the ocean, the best ace to have seen the New Years Eve fireworks, we found the accommodation to be clean , spacious and comfortable with everything we needed both inside the property and all local amenities close by, a little more expensive but a reflection of the property, area and time of year
Thankyou

This is a nice apartment that comfortably fitted the four in our party. It has fantastic views and access to a lovely pool. The sofa and chairs had seen better days but little time was spent inside. There were some issues keeping consistent temperatures in the shower and as issue working the oven (you had to set the timer for it to come on) and the only other issue was that the wifi would not work.
Other than those few little issues a nice place to stay as long as you dont mind the hill and the 65 steps back from the beach, although taxis are freely available.

The apartment is sited on a quiet complex with a good pool and convenient to a number of good restaurants. Great balcony and view, sat TV also useful

Great location , private and quiet yet not far to walk to shops (3 minutes) and beach/sea front (15 minutes). Apartment has everything you need including all kitchen utensils, plenty of bedding, comfortable seating, satellite tv (inc Sky Sports). Balcony is fantastic and the highlight for me personally. Pool is 30 seconds away, and very well-maintained. Helpful agency staff if you need them. Also very helpful lady at the complexs office if you have queries about the locality or want to book excursions. The only issue for some people might be that the complex is on a hill. However there are plenty of taxis in Loc Cristianos and Las Americas so you will never need to walk far if you dont want to!
We have just booked our 5th stay at this apartment for next year - now theres a recommendation! Its great!

Whilst this property had a fantastic terrace very spacious with amazing views the apartment itself fell short of my expectations I felt the general cleanliness in the kitchen and bathrooms was poor especially in the shower areas. both the bed linen and towels are long overdue for replacement. We had friends staying in other apartments in Los Cristianos and their linen and towels were spotless and new. The spare blankets in the wardrobes were stained and needed washing. it would have been helpful to have been left some kind of cleaning products (as our friends had) to rectify anything we felt needed cleaning. The apartment is also at the top of a hill which for us was not a problem we saw it as exercise but it would not suit older people unless they were prepared to use taxis all the time. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Tenerife this being our fourth visit but I would choose another apartment next time.

We stayed here for Christmas 2011. The accommodation is excellent, exactly as described and seen in the photos. The balcony is amazing, we spent most of the holiday relaxing there. The pool is small but very nice, better than it looks on the photo. An excellent supermarket is very close (a few minutes walk) and lots of good bars just down the hill.
The penthouse has everything that you need for a self catering holiday, it is very well equipt.
Id certainly stay here again.

Spacious apartment in quiet surroundings, fantastic ocean view. Being situated on a steep hill, it gives an opportunity of regular physical exercises, which is good!

We booked 2 weeks in August 2011. Arrived at night due to long flight delay. Apartment was a very good size for a family of 4. The Balcony was spacious with 4 new looking comfortable relaxer beds and plenty of room for the table which could seat 6. The ceiling fans were really needed, but the lack of air con was not a problem as i think it would then have been too cold.
Kitchen has everything you need with nice big fridge and freezer. Supermarket only 2 minute walk away and larger one about 10mins (although be warned down the fairly steep hill so exhausting on walk back!)
View from balcony is wonderful - across whole resort to the sea beyond. The balcony has sun from approx 10am until sunset and has a large awning for those needing shade. Pool clean and well managed.
Negatives? - at top of the resort so steep hills! - but taxi only 3 euro from beach if needed and means much quieter, even though bars etc only 5mins away. Needs a new clothes dryer as broken (managed despite this) Overall would recommend this apartment as excellant size, and on site other who had a nose stated much nicer than theirs!

Everything was exactly as described! Really enjoyed our stay there and without doubt the best thing about the apartment is the huge balcony. Los Cristianos was cool, beach - great! All I can say is if I visit Tenerife again, Id love to stay there again.

We have stayed in one or other of these two penthouse apartments many times. The owners Vanessa and Ket are exceptionally friendly and responsive. In December 2010 we were delayed going home first by the weather in the UK and subsequently by the spanish air traffic control strike. Ket could not have been more helpful and we were able to stay in the apartment at no extra cost. Absolute exemplary service. We love the view, the apartment and the walk from the sea helps with weight control! Having lived in Spain, we understand the vagaries of Spanish utilities...who cares? Great place.

When we arrived at apartment 130 there was no electricity available. We were offered another apartment but it was no way near the same standard as the one we had booked. We asked to be compensated but the owners refused and were very arrogant about the situation saying it was not their fault and they accommodated us in a different apartment. We will not book with these owners ever again.
Dont get me wrong no 130 is beautiful its just we never got to stay in it. Very disaapointed in the owners attitude and their customer relations
Owner reply:
After much abuse from Mr Murphy, we explained at the time that when a power supply fails, we have absolutely no control over this and we did everything possible to retrieve the electricity supply immediately.
The guests arrived on the Friday, and there was no current to the said apartment. We immediately contacted the supplier who informed us that they would be reconnecting as soon as they found out what the problem was.
Now our easiest option, in hindsight, would have been to offer our guests a full refund and let them find some alternative accommodation. A very difficult thing to do in the August peak season, late at night. Luckily, one of our other apartments was available (6237) so we reaccommodated the family in there until the electricity supply resumed.
Our other, virtually identical apartment to 130, 129 had availability from the Tuesday, so we assured the family that they would be moving there for the remainder of their holiday, which they did.
The Murphys constantly stressed that they would be seeking high compensation from this situation, to which we stressed that we had abided to the rental contract of reaccommodating them in another 2 bedroomed apartment and that this was a situation entirely out of our hands as we are not authorised to work on mains supply electricity!!
We offered a part refund which the family declined as they said it was not enough and since then we have been subjected to a barrage of abusive and threatenting emails.
We have many many many return customers year after year who are completely satisfied with our apartments, 60369, 6237 and 6788 and feel that the above review is totally unjust as we did everything in our power to make sure that the Murphy family were not left stranded without any accommodation in the peak August season.

We are expecting a poor review from Mr Michael Murphy due to the fact that we had a power failure in the intended apartment. A situation that we had no control over.
Luckily we had an alternative apartment available for him to reside in however he is not happy about the fact that we did not have electric yet unfortunately this situation was out of our hands.
We are receiving daily emails as he has requested a refund.

Great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Spacious, well equipped accomodation, superb friendly complex. Easy access to local supermarkets and restaurants. Fantastic views.
As with previous reviewer, on-suite shower doesnt work but it was only a small inconvenience.
Owner reply:
Ensuite shower now back up and running!!
See you all again soon

This property was kitted out to a very high standard and the apartment was accurate to the details provided.
The only downside for us was the location. It was situated at the top of some very steep hills. It was almost impossible to walk back from the main areas of Los Cristianos to the apartment, which led to taxi rides home and subsequent costs. I feel that the info provided to us at the time of booking was designed not to give too much detail on the actual location.
However, it would not stop me from recommending it to a friend but I would make sure that I detailed the downsides of the apartment location and let them make up their own minds.

Needs new sunbed covers and en-suite shower couldnt be used as too hot. but overall fine and would return.
Good food at adjoining restaurant and generally restaurants in resort.

Maybe a little worn out madrasses at the sun beds and a austerely furnising of the apartment in general. BUT we have never had a better view at Tenerife!! The magnificent view makes everything else less important and we can highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful holiday!

I booked this property for the position as I had stayed at Port Royale before. The apartment was quiet and had a spacious balcony where we could sit outside and watch the sun go down. Internally it was what you would expect from a rental property, however it was the small attention to detail that was lacking. It wouldnt take much to improve this property and transform it from a good one to an excellent one.
