Property and local area description

THE VILLA

Our villa is on a small quiet urbanisation just a few minutes drive from La Zenia Beach, on the Costa Blanca. We chose our villa five years ago and now spend our holidays in a comfortable, well equipped and well maintained home. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, the main bathroom, living/dining area and seperate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, microwave and a fridgefreezer. The entrance to the house is accross a verandah which has been glazed to add an extra room to the house, but can easliy be opened up again by using the sliding doors.
On the first floor you will find the second double bedroom with a toilet and shower adjoining. From the first floor you will also gain access to the roof terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing or barbecuing.

The Surrounding Area
There is a communal pool on site, but for those of you who like to visit the beach or venture a little further a car would be best used. Although a car is by no means an essential part of your holiday as a large supermarket and a good selection of restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk away.There are three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive - Villa Martin, Campamor and Las Ramblas. If you tire of the beach or pool then take a look at the free newspapers for inexpensive coach trips or visit one of the many local markets. The Friday Torrevieja market is huge but there is also a Saturday market held locally.
A large shopping centre, La Zenia Boulevard, was completed in 2012 .There are over a hundred shops, play areas and restaurants all in the boulevard which is only a twenty minute walk away or take the bus which runs every hour.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

A lovely villa, clean & tidy as was the pool, which we all spent a lot of time in. We hired a car to visit surrounding areas, however, the bars, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance, with the beaches a little further away.

A lovely clean spacious villa. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Close to shops and restaurants, would recommend a car so you can explore the surrounding areas. The kids loved the pool.

Very clean and tidy Villa. Very welcoming. Friends of owners near by very friendly and helpful. Clean and good size pool close by. Owner very helpful with emails prior to holiday. Over all a great holiday.
