We had a fantastic suprise when we walked into the villa. The photographs do not do the villa any justice!
The Villa itself was very clean, well maintained & well equipted. The communal pool was quite small - but adequate for the kids to play in & for the adults to cool off in!
There is a supermarket & bar nearby (10 min walk) which is reasonably priced & has everything that you need.
There is not alot else around this area -so a car is highly recommended.

"An absolutely wonderful holiday for myself and family, (especially the children!). We can’t thank you enough. Villa was exactly what we hoped for, if not better. The area was just fantastic for all our needs, excellent choice of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches - all within easy reach. The villa contact was very friendly and helpful. Lovely property to stay in. Very nicely furnished and spacious.
I stayed in the property by myself for a week but would be ideal for a family holiday.
All in all, very satisfied and will book again.

'I thought that the the villa was fantastic, it has brilliant views of surrounding areas including the salt lake. The local supermarket "super value" is only a short walk away, and next to the supermarket there are three bars which have food and drinks served throughout the day. The nearest town Los Montesinos, had a market on the friday whilst we were out this was very locally infulenced. The beach at Torrevieja, was lovely to walk around with market stalls all the way up the promenade. There are resturants and bars which are all open till the early hours of the morning. Although it is handy to hire a car it is cheap to get taxis to and from la Herrada. We had a brilliant 10 days as the weather was really hot and to cool off we only had to walk a couple of steps to the shared pool.' - Rachael, Cambridgeshire

Beautiful villa. Just what we were looking for a nice quiet break. The pool was lovely to cool down in the evening. Very friendly locals. Perfect if your looking for peace and quiet and if your not the bars and shops are a few minutes drive away. We will definitely be looking to book again later this year.

First off, car is probably essential as youre that bit out of the main spots in Torrevieja. That said, plenty of local taxis available to dro p us around the place. Only ten minutes walk into Los Montesinos village though, and a few decent bars there for watching matches etc. House was spotless, plenty of room and good comfort. We did have a problem with the tv, as it didnt pick up any british channels until the morning we were about to leave, but it was probably an occasional thing. Id have no problem recommendinng it to a friend.

The villa was easy to find thanks to the maps provided by the owners. It was located in a quiet area, although close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants in Los Montesinos. The villa was well furnished and finished to a high standard, including satellite tv for keeping up with the news back home. All in all we had no complaints regarding this property and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area.
