The Villa

This lovely brand new 4 bedroom detached 2 floor villa offers spacious living for 8 people. Situated on the peaceful Riviera Del Sol resort yet close to the buzzing resorts of the Costa del Sol. The first large master bed room has a king size bed, a large private terrace with mountains and sea views and a full en-suite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath. It also has a dressing room area with built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with cubical shower and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bathroom with fitted wardrobes. The fourth bedroom has an adjoining shower/cloakroom on the ground floor. The large open plan lounge/diner leads through patio doors onto the covered dining terrace with a BBQ. It overlooks beautifully landscaped private gardens with lawned areas and a lovely swimming pool. This villa also benefits from a private enclosed car port and controlled gate. The villa is fully air-conditioned, security alarm, video entry/intercom and fire alarm sensor. The villa is very family orientated and suits all ages.

The Resort
There are several small stores, restaurants, bars etc. within walking distance to the villa. The Aztec Centre is 15 minute walk from the villa and in the heart of Riviera del Sol which is a sporting complex with very good facilities including an Olympic sized swimming pool, 7 tennis courts, badminton courts, mini golf and gymnasium, not to mention the beauty salon/hairdresser and physiotherapist. It is open to non residents and provides not only excellent reasonable priced food, but also evening entertainment for all ages. A newly constructed and state of the art internet centre and games room caters for all ages. The atmosphere is very relaxing and to sit on the balcony enjoying the evening sun and just people watching, is in itself, a joy, the people that run it are not only friendly but a real source of information. Trips, golf rounds etc can be booked from here and for a small fee one can use the clubs facilities.
The nearby Club del Sol has excellent tennis courts comprising 7 brand new clay courts and 5 plexi-cushion courts. Seven brand new clay courts are open 7 days a week from 09.00 in until 21.30 hours.
The Miraflores Bowls Club is 10 minute walk from the villa and provides two all weather greens and due to the climate of Costa del Sol, members and guests are able to play all year round. All guests are welcome, either have a game of bowls or enjoy a snack or drink at the bar whilst leisurely watching a game. The club is open Monday-Saturday.


Things to do
There are numerous golf courses on the Costa del Sol with Calanova Golf Course only 15 minutes walk from the villa and Miraflores Club set right in the heart of Riviera del Sol. The nearby area of La Cala Golf, with one of the best golf courses in Spain, is only 10 minutes drive from the villa. Calahonda, Mijas and Cabopino also boast many excellent golf courses.
Marbella, only 15 minutes away by car offers one of the most delightful promenades on the coast, its classy restaurants and bars overlooking the beach front. A visit to Orange Square in the old part of Marbella is highly recommended. Puerto Banus, only 20 minutes driving, with its exclusive yachts. Fuengirola - 10 minutes drive is a busy resort, with 8km of beaches. The town comes alive at night with many bars and clubs. Alhambra Palace in Granada is approx. 2 hours drive. Ronda is approx. 1 hour away by car.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.
