We spent 2 weeks at the apartment and we loved everything about it.
The location of the apartment is perfect as it is down the road from the beach, making things easy when you have bags, umbrellas, and all sorts to walk to the beach. It is also where everything happens in the evening (restaurants, bars...) but it is very quite too when you go to bed as the apartment is not on the street side but on the swimming pools side.
It is a quick 10 min walk to the beautiful old town and it is a nice walk. There is a great supermarket 2 minutes away from the apartment which is great.
The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need. We have 3 young kids under 3 years old and we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and clean. The swimming pools were very clean and never too busy. The paddling pool for the kids was superb and our girls loved it.
The owner left a booklet with recommended restaurants, useful phone numbers etc which was brilliant.
I would definitely recommend this apartment. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

This apartment is in a really great location. Short walks to both the beach and the heart of the old town and with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Despite the convenient location a real oasis at night with no street noise. We arrived during a particularly hot period so the efficient air conditioning was big bonus. Nice balcony overlooking one of the two pool areas. East facing so quite hot to sit out in the morning but perfect for the evening.
Plenty of room for us and our two teenage boys and easy and secure parking for our hire care.
Only small point was that at time we went kitchen was a little short on pots pans matching glasses etc which might have been frustrating if we were planning a lot of gourmet home cooking , but we wernt so it wasnt!

A very well furnished property. The balcony is adequate though narrow. We were more than satisfied with all aspects of the rental and the only MINOR critiscism I would make is that there was no dishwasher in the kitchen. ( Apart from me ! )

Six of us stayed ay Parque Marbella for 2 weeks in Sept 2007. The location was perfect with supermarkets close by and a huge choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Old Town is only a 15 min stroll away and the beach a few minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The balcony had the sun until about mid-day.
Only disappointment was that we never used the pool at all as it was too much hassle to take the loungers down 4 floors - and there were only 2 of them between the 6 of us.
Having said that, I would definately return to this apartment again if holidaying in Marbella.
We had a brilliant time!

This is our second time staying at this apartment and we'll definitely be coming back again. The location is great so close to the beach and Marbella Old Town. In terms of the Costa Del Sol Marbella is definitely a step above everywhere else but you have to stay somewhere central like this to get the real Marbella experience.

Stayed in July, quite hot so the air conditioning was a great facility. Will definitely be booking for next year.

Stayed for 12 nights and everything was great. Quick and easy pick up of the keys, great apartment, great location, would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of wanting to stay in a central Marbella location.

We booked for first week of Feb - warm but not swimming weather - but compared to Canada it was heaven! Apartment has central heating cooling and also individual units for each room.
We loved the apartment - great location, nicely appointed and perfect for 3 generations. We loved walking the boardwalk, and strolling through the old town and nearby parks - value for money this place was great. Supermarket 1 block away, plus bakeries and numerous coffee places & good restaurants.
Marbella is fantastic - but easy to hop in the car and head to Gibralter, Rhonda, Mijas, Granada or Malaga - great location for anything. While we loved it in Feb, March April would probably be better swimming weather.
The owner and local property agent were very attentive to our needs - and I would definately book this location again.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is the big seller for this apartment, being so close to all the local amenities. But while it's central it remains an extremely quiet and restful complex.

Stayed in the Parque for 3 weeks in June 2005. Fantastic location with absolutely everything on your doorstep. The complex is very nice and well maintained but can be a little quiet around the pool of you have kids that want to meet friends (although I've been told that during July and August there's plenty of families around). The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and we used that a lot.
Plenty of restaurants and bars in the locality and you can eat as cheaply or as expensive as you want. What we liked most about the area is that it's upmarket and you don't get the "package holiday brigade". Also, you don't need a car unless you want to go touring outside Marbella because you can walk to the Old Town. We've booked again for 2006.
