Overall, the property was clean and comfortable and we felt was good value. Giancarlo and the staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Only minor issue perhaps was the wi-fi internet connection wasnt very reliable.

Giancarlo & his lovely family were great hosts - couldnt do enough for you. They really looked after us (adopting a subtle non-intrusive approach) from the moment we picked up our luggage til the moment we were frogmarched off the island.
Good facilities including washroom and outside kitchen!
Ill certainly be back.

The property itself was very clean and well maintained and the owner very friendly. Even the garden surrounding the block of apartments was tended to daily. Parking was restricted as the apartment is in a narrow unmade road. Very congested area - although supermarket and restaurant at end of road were both useful.
If you could pick up the apartment and pool etc and put it somewhere else with more room and scenery it would be great.

the apartment was very clean and well positioned for a quite relaxing holiday. we stayed in feb, and the pool was very cold, but the jacuzzi made up for this.we were told that the pool may be heated in the future, which would make all the difference. The utensils were limited for cooking, and it didnt have an oven. The t.v did not have many english programmes on it, but i cant think of anything really to complain about. There is a shop a short distance from the apartment which supplied everything you needed. Carlos, and his family are very friendly, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble and they certainly make your stay enjoyable.
Owner reply:
We do not say that the apartment has an oventhere is a microwave.
For TV channel we have selected all satellite english programmes "free to air" that are available both on Astra and Eutelsat.

Fantastic place and location, we were lucky to have the whole complex to ourselves and enjoyed every minute. We will certainly be going back again soon!

Property was ideal for us, a group of girls looking for a quiet and clean place to stay. The jacuzzi was a great extra, even though we only used it once.
Ambretta, the owner, looked after us so well. She was lovely, very welcoming and helpful,
Spar nearby was very useful to get the basics and it wasn't too difficult to get taxi's out on the main road. And she provides reasonable taxi service to the airport, which was very useful.
Great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet, as it is a residential area, the other guests and neighbours that we met were very friendly.

myself and my friends stayed at the apartment in March and have to say we were very impressed with the apartment facilities and location. The owner Ambretta was very friendly and helpful and made us feel so at home that we didnt want to leave! Location is in a quiet area of Maspolomas which was ideal for us to get the quiet and relaxing time we needed before heading off out to check the night life in Playa De Ingles which was a mere 3-4 Euros in a taxi.

Apartment itself is as advertised: clean, comfortable; easy parking; friendly helpful hosts. Supermarket is 2 mins away and it is in a quiet residential area. However - could not imagine being here without a car - although only a 5-10 minute drive from anywhere, there was nothing close by and any walk to a beach/shops etc would involve a steep hill climb and busy/rocky roads. We ate here quite a bit and while cooker/fridge/microwave all worked excellently, there was no room for food storage and we had to buy the most basic foodstuffs - like pepper and salt. Also - shower was pretty good (no bath) but water lasted for 2 quick showers or one slow one!
Owner reply:
There is a lot of room for food storage but no foodstuff is included in the rental .I personally tested the shower and hot water lasted for more than 30 minutes.

Ideal accomodation for us - 2 adults and one teenage daughter. Spacious, very well prepared, clean - owners nearby are very helpful. Situated in quiet area, perfect for lazy sunbathing. Jaccuzzi is a real bonus. Good restaurant on the corner 50m away, but best ones with superb sea views are about 2 miles away, so a car is needed to make the most of your stay.
We loved it and can't wait to return.

The apartment was exactly as described in the brochure and met every one of our expectations and we would not hesitate to use it again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay

The villa where we stayed far exceeded our expectations-it is set in an residential area with taxis only 2 mins away on the main road+ only 5 mins in taxi to the main Maspalomas beach+ the exclusive Faro Bulevard/Casino area (the villa is just off the main road)- the owner Carlo is very friendly and lives nearby in the villa so any problems and he's there- but you shouldn't have any because the villa is excellent what with the large private swimming pool (which lights up in various colours at night-looks stunning) + jacuzzi, If you're going to Maspaslomas - just book this property you will not be dissapointed!

Property: Recently refurbished to a high standard, lots of space for three people, facilities excellent, enjoyed exclusive use of pool and Jacuzzi. The owner Carlo lives in one of the apartments is very helpful yet unobtrusive.
Location: The property is in a quiet street so is peaceful yet 80m from a main road with a supermarket, Pizzeria on the corner and passing taxis.
Resort: Sonnenland, is not a resort, it is an urban area overlooking Maspalomas, it is on a steep hill however a 20min walk down hill takes you to the Faro 2 commercial centre with a good selection of bars and restaurants and a taxi back is less then €4. Likewise a taxi to the resort of Playa de Las Ingles or the beautiful beaches at Maspalomas Playa cost about the same.
