Well equipped and nice appartment, despite lack of vacuum cleaner and reading lamps. Fine terrass, facing south and west, giving beautiful sun sets over the golf course.

We were accomodated at short notice. everyone was very helpful in arranging. Property in a nice setting, with good level of equipment. Clubhouse was close and convenient and food was excellent value for money. The only slight negatives were that the pools were slightly small and there were no lifeguards.

We stayed the beginnning september 2011, and enjoyed the stay there, all amnmenties were catered for, and excellant views, you do need a car if your travlling out , but the distances are not too bad for a brisk walk, it is situated convenietly near to shops, and is very restful location, slight problem if you want to do a BBQ but hopeffully can be resolved, we are already book for September 2012 and really looking forward to staying there.

We love coming here, the property is always clean, the patio area is great for sitting out and enjoying the fantasic views of the mountains and golf course. Beaches are only a short drive away, and there are four restaurants in walking distance and also a small shop. We will be back again later this year!

We had a small problem when we arrived but this was quickly sorted to our satisfaction. The property is in a good location with beautiful views across the golf course towards the mountains. It is well equipped and ideal for a family holiday. I have used this property twice and would definitely use it again.

Being a none golfer (holidaying with a golfing party 2 men x 2 women) I had a few apprehensions about the property & location but these were eased immediately upon arrival. the rooms are clean & spacious with all the comforts of home. It was an excellent location for sight seeing, shopping, eating, drinking, oh & of course - golf.
We stayed in mid Jan and the weather was around 12-14 deg daily with little rain during a couple of nights.
Only disappointing part of holiday was my expanding waistband due to eating at El Golf where Tony & staff will immediately make you welcome. We will deffinately be returning within the very near future.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is very comfortabe and well equipped. We stayed with 3 children and it wasnt too crowded, especialy as there are two bathrooms. Its location is very convenient, even for those who are not golf players.
We certainly will recommed the house to our friends.

This was our second stay this year at Valle Verde 12. The house was great for summer with the air conditioning. The shaded patio was a lovely place to relax, with the views of the golf course and mountains. I will be back in 2009.

The property is larger than I expected and easily accommodates a family of four. We found the property had a very nice feel about it and particularly loved sitting outside on the private patio, with its fabulous views across the golf course.
The bedrooms were very comfortable with individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans. The master bedroom also had a great view across the golf course to the mountains.
The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge.
The whole property was very clean apart from the inside of some of the kitchen cupboards and drawers, which was a shame because, judging by the rest of the property, it was obviously an oversight.
We enjoyed the swimming pool, but as it was out of sight of the property it did mean locking up each time we went out.
The one thing we missed was an information guide for the property and for the local restaurants and amenities.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book to come again.
Owner reply:
Thanks for the review Chris. I stayed at the property a week after you and the drawers and cupboards have now been cleaned. I have spoken to the agent and cleaner in Spain. They have promised to keep an eye on these items after every let. I will also make up an information guide for future guests, which is a good idea. The property is being fully redecorated in September 2008. Thanks again for your valuable feedback.

We enjoyed a great golfing week in January. The weekly ticket at La Cala is great value at 230 euros for seven days golf with a buggy. The weather was excellent. The house was great for four golfers, having two bathrooms made life a lot easier. The views from the balcony were lovely, particularly watching the sunset over the mountains, afer a hard day on the golf course.

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Nice quiet location, but a little tricky to get heavy suitcases to. Several flights of steps involved.
Lovely shaded patio area in an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

The property was bright and clean, the patio was private and the views were fantastic, there was everything we needed in the house including chairs to take to the beach. Had a wonderfull time and have already booked for next year!

We had a great holiday at the property, but the only down side was the state of the floors and work tops, they could have been cleaner. Otherwise the view of the golf course and the privacy of the balcony was fantastic.

We had a great holiday and the house exceeded our expectations. The weather was bad for our stay, including rain, so we enjoyed having the movies and sport on Sky.
The house was lovely and clean and the views from the patio were picturesque over the golf course and mountians. We enjoyed several days out including Ronda, which is a historic Spanish town set across a dramatic gorge. We also visited Gibraltar, which had fantastic views from the Rock.
We also did a fantastic "Jeep Safari", which I would highly recommend. This was an all day trip going off road and very informative about Spain, the local culture, wildlife and plants. There was a leaflet in the house.
We will definately be back for more, hopefully with better weather.

we are four guy,s who travel the world 6 to 8 times every year to play golf and at least four of our trips are to the Costa-Del-Sol where i have my own three appartment in Los-Beleeches which we will always use if it is vacant during our golfing trips, unfortunately it is booked more often than not, hence the reason for using Mr Parkinsons accommodation. This accommodation is in our opinion five star, especially for golfers, also great accommodation for a family holiday. You ask if i would recommend to a friend, I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ROYALTY.We cannot thank Mr.Andrew Parkinson enough,we sincerely hope he will allow us the priveledge of renting his property again in the near future, once again thankyou for making this a very memorable trip,Joe.
