Es war bis jetzt das beste Ferienhaus, in dem wir gewesen sind. Empfang , Zimmer, Sauberkeit , Ausstattung hat uns vollkommen überzeugt. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bemühungen.

Villa in Mijas
Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine schöne Außenanlage, gepflegter Pool, komplett ausgestattetes Haus, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, es hat alles gepasst! Die Terrasse von 70 m² haben wir allerdings vermisst. Die vorhandene Terrasse ist vergleichsweise klein, wenn man dort am Morgen mit 8 Personen im Freien frühstücken will. Da zur Liegewiese hin ausreichend Platz ist, könnte man das leicht ändern. Aber es ist kein Grund, die Bewertung zu ändern.

Vielen Dank, Erwin, für Ihre Bewertung! Leider lässt die Webseite nur die totale Gesammtfläche aller Terassen anzeigen und nicht die individuellen MaBe jeder einzigen Terasse. Danke sehr für dass Sie sorgfältige und gute Gäste gewesen sind und ich hoffe, dass der Urlaub ihnen einen positiven Energieschub für das ganze Jahr gegeben hat!

Villa i nærheten av Mijas
Det er ett flott sted med fantastisk utsikt. Huset er stor og ryddig og alt er i veldig god stand. Det er et stor uteområdet med badebasseng. Det eneste minus, hvis man kan kalle det minus, at man er avhengig av bil for å komme seg rundt. Stedet kan trygt anbefalles. Takk for ett hyggelig opphold!

We found the property to be spotlessly clean, the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could wish for.
Also we found the caretaker and his wife very friendly and helpful.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday.
ps it would help if the tv could pick up english programmes.

"Maison spacieuse,fonctionnelle, en excellent état et TRES PROPRE. Très belle vue dans un environnement très calme. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la présence, l'aide, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du gardien.

One thing to improve are the beds and de blankets, we are all a bit tall so for some people it was a little short. All the other things are perfect, i don't have any comments.

An extremely well equipped and looked after property. Housekeeper lives with his family within the grounds but in a separate building, despite the housekeeper being Ukrainian and speaking little English we had no difficulty in being understood and visa versa.
Pool proved to be extremely convenient, we visited early August, and property is in the sun pretty much all day up to about 8.30pm.
Villa is in an extremely isolated and quiet hilly location, there is some developing work going on new builds and completions but we were never disturbed by any of this work. Due to location there are no facilities within walking distance, so a car is a definite requirement.
Mijas is nearby but uphill and probably 30 minutes if walking. Ideally located for day excursions for the whole family, Fuengirola proved to be our central location each day.
TV package in villa proved disappointing, despite several hundred channels there were only about 7 English speaking channels. Also, despite website saying music system available, there wasn’t one.
If you want a quiet isolated holiday, with facilities at a distance then definitely consider this property, but if you’re after a holiday with bars and restaurants nearby I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
We enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this property.
