The villa was very clean and well equiped.The location is good.The pool and gardens clean and well kept ,my only criticism is the lack of proper bedding,sheets etc.we will return hopefully in the future.

We spent one of the best holidays in this villa.It is a very beautiful and extraordinary property.The ownwer is very friendly and the couple who take care of the house too.A real dream place! I hope that everyone who will visit this house can estimate this!
There are games for children, many things to play with....well furnished and an extraordinary view to the hills.Thank you for all.

We stayed at Villa Punta Alta for 6 nights during the middle of May 2007. The villa, grounds and pool are very well maintained and the views over the valley were magnificent. The only downside is that the bedrooms are split between the upstairs and down, so those families vacationing with small children should bear that in mind. However the villa was terrific and we would highly recommend staying here.

The grounds, location and villa were lovely. The terrace was absolutely super, some place for everyone at different times of the day.
The pool lights weren't working when er arrived but were fixed within 3 days.
Our main annoyance were the main gates. Really awkward to secure/unlock.
Also, as the description said satellite TV, the girls were looking forward to Disney channel etc. However, only satellite channels were German TV stations. At least they were able to watch the DVD's we'd taken!
All in all it was a lovely villa and we enjoyed ourselves.

The guest is right. There is one main gate at the roadside which is not electrically operated and which must therefore be manually unlocked and locked. It is also correct that satellite TV is restricted to free to air channels. It is with great regret that Sky cannot legally be subscribed to in Spain (also a special receiver that is not available in Spain is required for Sky transmissions) , nor can BBC broadcasts be received on Astra Satellite (except BBC World). This restricts viewers largely to channels in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Hungarian, Russian. British guests who are disappointed by this fact may wish to make their complaints to Sky as well as the BBC and suggest to them that both organizations should legalize subscriptions from Spain respectively transmit from satellites that can be received with normal 60 or 80 cm dish aerials.

we had a great time at the villa the location was great and the villa had every thing we needed to make this holiday relaxed and enjoyable also the villa manager was great and very helpful but being able to speak german would be an advantage but thats our FAULT not being able to speak a little of her langauge she was very helpful if you want a relaxing quiet family hjoliday then this is the place thank you the reynolds family.

A well maintained villa set in beautiful and extensive grounds. Spectacular views to the front and rear of the property. Local supermarket within walking distance and good quality restaurants only a short drive. All in all and excellent villa which we will be returning to in the near future
