Apartment Bernia Vista

The 2 bedroom apartment at Bernia Vista is the top floor of a 4 bedroom detached villa that is divided into 2 separate self-contained apartments. There is a garden with garden furniture and nearby is a large community pool, with shallow section for children, two tennis courts, a basket ball court and a bar restaurant. Situated close to Moraira beach and village this is an ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca coast and countryside in this beautiful part of Spain.
The apartment has one double and one twin bedded room (extra bed available for 5th person), a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Bernia Vista is situated on The Pueblo Alcasar, between Benitachell and Moraira with Moraira beach just 4000 metres away! It is a very pretty, private development, which is built in the customary Spanish Pueblo style. The setting is secluded but not remote and offers magnificent panoramic views of distant mountains, vineyards, orange groves and almond trees.
There is an exceptionally large swimming pool with a childrens shallow end in the summer approximately 75 metres from the villa. There are two tennis courts and a basket ball court. There are two restaurants (including one by the pool) and a supermarket within a short walk and several other restaurants and supermarkets on the way into Moraira.




Moraira
Moraira is a small and pretty resort half way between Alicante and Valencia. The quaint old Spanish fishing village is only five minutes drive from the Pueblo. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables. The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area boasts 'the best all year round climate in Europe' according to the World Health Organisation. So with 320 days of sunshine a year you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday and relax in the sun all day and enjoy open log fires in the evenings.



The Surrounding Area
Bernia Vista is a good place from which to enjoy this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. There are many places to visit along the coast including Javea which has a good beach, fishing harbour, restaurants and golf course, Denia with some excellent shops on a beautiful tree lined main street, Calpe with its superb fish restaurants near the harbour and good beaches and of course Benidorm that boasts Aqualandia, Mundo Mar (Sea World) and now of course the new Terra Mitica theme park. Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley and Bernia Mountain range plus caves, a safari park and waterfalls.
