Located in very quiet street with 6-7 villas.Pool was very large and so much room for swims and games.Bbq was clean and easy to use and control .Villa itself was exactly as seen online,immaculate,lots of room particularly kitchen and lounge.Loved the walk-in showers.Ate out at breakfast on the shaded dining area every morning.Pool maintained and may we say a big thanks to managers,Dave and Theresa who were most helpful with queries on sightseeing and knowing they were there if any problem arose (which were none).Most relaxing holiday yet , Moraira and El Portet were small but busy enough to unwind totally. All in all - a great choice this year. CheersDave

The villa was absolutely gorgeous exactly as the pictures shown on the web-site. Would definitely make a return visit.
Property managers were very attentive and helpful and checked on us to make sure we were OK.

The villa was all that we could have wished for and more than fulfilled our expectations. We have hired top class villas for many years and were impressed with the cleanliness of this one. Everywhere was spotless including all of the kitchen equipment and the cupboards were well organised. The couple who welcomed us to the villa were most helpful. Unfortunately the weather was not brilliant so the pool was not as warm as we would have liked. The villa information and directions were well detailed and useful. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in a peaceful location.

This was our 3rd time back at the villa and yet again we had a fabulous time. The property was as immaculate as it was the first time we came and the property managers as helpful as you could wish for. We will definitely be back again and have no hesitation in recommending it. The only thing that would make it even better is to have the pool heated so that even I would get in the pool with the kids!!

This is an exceptionally beautiful villa. Everything that you could want has been provided for. The property managers were excellent and the location of the villa is perfect. It is very close to town. The pool is large and the outside shower room and barbecue area are very useful. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave! I have already recommended this villa to my family and friends and I will definitely go back again.

when we arrived at the property after a long days travel we were met by the propertymanagers who were realy nice people the villa is very new and is spotlessly clean the rooms are very large and tastefully furnished the pool is a very good size and the bbq area was good its about ten minutes drive into town.

We found the villa excellent. Fantastic pool and accomodation exceeded our expectations. We would definately recommend it to friends. The location was perfect, quiet and cool in the evenings. Our only criticism, although trivial is that we felt such a luxurious property needed an adequate BBQ/area to match. Overall, however, we had a thoroughy enjoyable stay and would book again.

The villa was fantastic we were all very pleased with how spacious and clean it was. This very much made our holiday enjoyable. The only one minor point was that there were six of us all of which were adults, but you only have four sunbeds. Dave and Theresa the property managers were very helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. We would definitely come again many thanks the Simnett family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the villa was beautiful, with excellent facilities and immaculately clean. The managers made us feel very welcome and it was great knowing that they were on hand if we had any queries. The children especially enjoyed the lovely pool!

an excellent holiday was had at the villa -
a few minor recommmendations would be
bath mats in bathrooms, a few lightweight mats
throughout would stop the echo, a full length mirror perhaps inside wardrobes door,bathrobe
hooks, tea tray.
these as stated are only minor problems
we will certainly want to come back in the future

Clean and comfortable villa with a much larger pool than most villas we've stayed at. Very friendly and helpful on site managers. We were very impressed with the kitchen - much better than you'd expect from a holiday villa. We had an excellent time and would love to go back next year.

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the on site managers and the cleanliness of the villa. The furniture was comfortable and of high quality. The pool was very warm during our stay and the kitchen was better than at home. I would definately return to this property in the future.
