Excellent value for money and more than met our expectations. We were a group of seven including my three children. The villa is very well presented and spotlessly clean. It provides a good range of cooking utensils, crockery etc.The villa has a very good outside cooking area with barbecue, fridge and sink (barbecuing in 30 plus degrees is warm work). The pool is a very good size with an outdoor shower. The views from the villa are fantastic. Although a short walk into town the villas location is very quiet and private.
There are Mas y mas supermarkets in the town and a Mercadano as well.
Very nice pavement bars are about a 10 minute walk and very reasonably priced. There are several restaurants in the town to choose from and all menus we saw were in english and spanish and are displayed at the restaurant entrances along with prices. The town is a bit off the tourist route and not a lot of english is spoken. People were very friendly.
We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this villa.

We had a cracking holiday at villa valle vista. The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a super holiday. We particulally like the view and the quiet area of Pego where the villa is situated. With the fantastic weather we had its difficult to tear oneself away from the pool but its well worth visiting the towns and villages in the area. We loved it.

We loved our stay at this villa. The villa was well presented and clean. The pictures on the website give a good indication of the views from and around the villa and the good quality of the villa furnishings. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from Pego where there are restaurants and supermarkets/shops for everything you need. It is also easy to walk up into the surrounding area for great views of the area.

September 2011, second visit. Absolute perfection. Beautiful villa, well appointed, very quiet situation just outside Pego, a five minute walk to the town centre. Half an hour from the coast by car if you want beaches.

We had a fantastic stay this summer in the villa. Finding the villa the first time was a little tricky as it was very hot and we were all a little tired but once we arrived all was forgotten. Any problems were dealt with by the caretaker as quickly as possible. It is a very peaceful and beautiful place and we look forward to booking again for next year.

Spent one week in the beginning of july. We arrived the day the big festival came to town - what a show! The villa was the cleanest weve ever rented - it felt like coming to a brand new property. The view exceeds the pictures - it was truly beautiful! The little town of Pego was charming and peaceful (free of all tourist). This also goes for the beach between Pego and Olivia: nice and clean and quiet. The only thing missing was some sharp knives in the kitchen.. We had an absolutely gorgeous and relaxing week! Hope to come back soon! :-)

The villa was amazing in a lovely area. 6 days of sunshine very warm, enjoyed swimming in the pool. A lovely vista from the patio watching the men working in the orange groves. We enjoyed our drives through the mountains the scenery was fantastic. A highlight was a walk into Pego for ice cream, all flavours delicous. A visit to the caves makes an interesting day out. We all had a wonderfull holiday a super spot to relax and recharge the batteries.

A beautifully maintained and fully equipped modern villa on the outskirts of Pego with wonderful views over the valley. Exceptionally quiet and tranquil. A very easy 5-10 minute walk into the town to very nice bars and restaurants, particularly around the church. We were amazed at the value for money in both the supermarkets, bars and restaurants, much cheaper than at home. we put this down to Pego not being "tourist" oriented. The coastal resorts are barely 30 minutes away by car, which is a necessity if you wish to visit the local attractions. We were a party of two couples (early 60s but very active). We have stayed in villas all over Europe and would heartily recommend this one.

Weve just returned from a week at Villa Valle Vista and would have to say that its the nicest, most contemporary villa weve ever stayed at - with one of the best views (the road at the front of the villa is rarely used, so its totally peaceful as well)!!!
Set just outside of Pego, but with several supermarkets close by (Mercadona on the outskirts of town was the biggest and best value), it was exactly what we needed for a chilled out break.
A car is essential (although we found ourselves staying at the villa for much of our holiday once wed stocked up on food and drink!), and Valencia, Denia and Benidorm(!) are within easy driving distance if youre looking for places to visit.
As has been previously mentioned, the driveway to the villa does have a steep incline, which our rent-a-car bumper didnt really like, but it was no problem parking outside the main gates for the rest of the stay (the unmade road leading to the villa is entirely private anyway).
The pool was kept clean, plus with the plentiful outside lighting became even more inviting at night, the outside shower was nice and powerful, and having British telly was a bonus (didnt want to miss X-Factor!)
All in all, thoroughly recommended!

Very nice and clean for the 3 weeks we stayed. We where well looked after by David and Marilyn who looked after the Villa and pool, with advice on where to go for days out and where to eat out in and around the Pego. It is unspoilt spain a very nice villa with views to die for and a very tranquil and peacefull area, a realy stress free zone. If you feel up to it and it is not to hot like it was every day we was there, you can walk into town where you can find small bars and resturants, dont over indulge because it is uphill on the way back.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the Villa Valle Vista it was marvellous. The support from the owner regarding directions and contact numbers was very helpful and appreciated. The pool cleaner/maintenance man was very freindly and helpful. The villa had everything we needed, in top condition perfect location and we will be booking again as the holiday was WONDERFUL !

This is a fantastic villa, providing all the facilities you could want. Very well presented, we were impressed at how clean the whole place was when we arrived.
A good selec tion of cooking equipment is supplied, which really does help when sorting out meals each day (we noticed that we were eating-in more often!). This really felt like a home from home, somewhere you could completely relax. The views from the villa are beautiful, better than you can imagine from the photos. The neighbourhood is quiet and the villa location is quite private. It took us a short while to find the villa as we arrived late at night, but the area is well lit and signposted, and the map we were provided certainly helped.
Pego town is a typical "working" town and we liked it. It certainly has all the amenities you could need.
A hire car is a must if you want to explore, with so much to see and do in the area, plus good roads.
I think well be returning to this villa very soon.

The Villa is lovely, but a little tricky to find.
Everything is as you would wish for in the villa and we were more than comfortable. We really enjoyed the last afternoons lazying by the pool.
I think it should be mentioned that the driveway of the Villa is very very steep, and slippery when wet. We didnt try it, as we felt it may damage the car.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends
Owner reply:
The driveway has a small incline which can make it difficult to get your car onto the drive. This is largely due to the fact that the developer has not laid the tarmac road to the villa. Due to its location there is no problem with leaving the car outside the main front gate. In order to find the villa, I supply a map of Pego to every visitor which shows the location of the villa and supermarkets before they set off for thier holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday in Valle Vista in Pego and the villa was absolutely gorgeous. It is within walking distance of the Pego which was nice in the evening to walk down for a stroll.
The villa is beautiful, clean and felt very safe. It is the most peaceful holiday you could ever wish for as it was really quiet - absolute bliss! The view from the lounge was breathtaking.
David, the chap who came to clean the pool was extremely helpful with all his tips!
We will definitely be booking again one day.

The villa was fantastic - we would recommend this to anyone. When the weather was too warm it was great to be able to turn the air condition on in the living room or any of the bedrooms and cool down.
It is all so new and well presented that it was a pleasure to stay there. We could not believe how quickly our 2 weeks went.

This villa was really lovely. Views from the patio were glorious and was set in very peaceful surroundings. The only thing we would have liked was a coffee maker or cafetiere as we do like our coffee. The directions were not very accurate, (no mention of unmade road leading to villa ) may have saved time. Although there was an information folder, perhaps some details of the nearest supermarket etc would have been very useful. We have rented several villas in Spain and have always had a small welcome pack to tide us over. If you are arriving late on Saturday as we did this would have been extremely welcome.
However overall the villa was first class and we had really enjoyable holiday. Pego itself was very typically Spanish but did lack restaurants so you do need to drive elsewhere for a choice.

Cannot believe how beautiful this property was. Everything was brand new, it lacked absolutely NOTHING, there was everything and more that you would need. The town of Pego was very quiet, however, you were only a 10minute drive to beach and coastline towns were only 10-20 minutes away. I have had a fantastic holiday and would definately recommend this villa to anyone. Thankyou.
