Satisfied with the property but would have preferred double bed instead of 4 singles
Owner reply:
Thank you for taking the time to post a review, as we value all our customers opinions. I am a little puzzled as to why you were critical of our 2 twin bedrooms, especially as this is mentioned in the first line of the property description, and twice more further on. Surley having read the description prior to booking, you must have been expecting 2 twin bedrooms...

The property was excellent it was as per the photos, with no suprises. The only problem we had during our stay was that there was not enough oven trays in the oven for cooking with.
The restaurants below can be noisy at times.
Our meet and greet was excellent and very understanding when we got lost.

Having just returned from a wonderful week at your Miaflores 4 apartment , I just want to thank you for having such a nice, well kept value for money place, we only wish we had been there for two weeks.
The weather was great and the beach and restaurant areas were only a short walk away.
We were met by Chris who gave us the keys and was most helpful giving us a quick talk on the area and were everything was.
Pool area was just the ticket for the kids, would Definitely return at some future time.

This was a great weeks holiday in a 5 star apartment, good sized rooms with quality fittings, very comfortable beds. The view from the roof terrace was stunning and the sun patio below looks onto this lovely complex. Ask 31 Indian restaurant underneath is super and the little shop is very handy too. The location is great for the beach and the bars. A very secure and pleasant place to stay. Chris who met us with the keys was really helpful. Thanks and we will book again if staying in this area.

Beautiful villa, perfect for a couple who want plenty of privacy to relax. A 15 minute to the beach and the local supermarket. Lovely pool and such a relaxed environment and atmosphere. A taxi from the airport should cost from 50 - 60 euros. Our taxi driver took us the long way round and tried to claim 88 euros, we paid 60 and left it at that, so be careful of the taxi drivers. Got everything you would want, need or expect from a perfect realxing holiday. Definately do it again..

Excelent location and conditions. Easy access to the N332. Nearby store and restuarants. Big restaurnt area within walking distance. Try the El Gladiatore, food and service were excelent. Apartement was just as expected with all the trimings necessary to make our holiday enjoyable. Thanks to Chris for all his help.  Swimming pool was also excelent and in good condition. Will definitely be returning. In Torrevieja we tried the El Siglo Cafe for dinner. Food was good, service lousy.

This is a lovely place to stay. Every thing is as described and the roof top terrace is simply lovely. You do need a car as the nearest beach is not really walkable. Overall a great stay. Clean, comfortable and very secure.

The property is ideal for a relaxing break. During my stay in September the complex was very quiet, mostly having the two pools to ourselves. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The lack of a working dishwasher and television with no signal (if only for the news) were the only bad points.
We didnt hire a car and found the beach & 2 supermarkets within a 20 minute walk. There are a lot of very good restaurants within walking distance which were all very good value for money.
The apartment is situated above an indian restaurant but this caused us few problems only the occasional cooking smell outdoors on the terrace.

This property was of a very high standard and we had a brilliant holiday. The complex is very private and secure and extremely well maintained. The apartment itself was almost as new and had excellent air con facilities. I was initally concerned that there were no sun loungers round the pool but this proved to not be a problem at all and we just sunbathed on the huge private sun terrace and went for regular swims in the beautiful, clean pool. It is only a short 10min walk to all the bars and restaurants you could want and a 15min taxi ride will take you further afield if required. We were looked after very well by management and there was always somebody on the end of the phone if required. We will definately be returning very soon. First Class Holiday!!

an exceptionally well appointed holiday property, spotlessly clean with obviously new furnishings. The villas rooftop terrace affords fantastic views to three sides, the lower terrace offering splendid views to two sides. We would have absolutely no hesitation in returning in the future.Other reviews criticised the restrictions at the pool- these conditions are understandable and only add to the pleasure at both pools. We have been unable to come up with any faults or criticisms....EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Certainly good value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is directly above an Indian restaurant but we experienced no noise problems from there although it also fronts onto a fairly busy road which gave some noise. The rooftop terrace is a real plus which gives a large private space and barbecue. The complex pools are lovely but the 'no diving, no lilos etc' may put off younger families. The apartment is immaculate and entire complex is new, modern and spotlessly clean. We were also very well looked after on arrival by Chris. A good holiday.

Due to flight delays, we arrived later than anticipated and telephoned beforehand to inform the meeters and greeters that we would be late. All my anxiety subsided when we were told "don't worry, just get here when you can and we'll meet you at the gate". The apartment was lovely, it was really clean and had a 'new feel' about it. Everything we needed was there, and the outside terrace and roof terrace was perfect, just like the photographs. The communal pool was very close by and was clean all the time. My only complaint would be that there was no sun bathing area beside the pool so as soon as we had finished our swim, we had to go straight back to the apartment to lounge in the sun. There were also quite a few restrictions whilst using the pool, such as no diving, no use of lilo's or balls and no noise, which is difficult for children to comply with all of the time. However, on the whole, it was a lovely complex, very pretty, very clean and very convenient for shops, restaurants and waterparks. All in all a lovely holiday.

Very modern and well appointed property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay - all in prime order including brilliant air conditioning. Great roof terrace and bar-b-que area and plenty of space to lounge around in the sun. TV could have been better, if only to occupy children for a few minutes here and there.
Pools on site are great but there area no lounging areas around the pool and tight restrictions on what you can and cant do by the pool - compensated by a great pool within a very short walk with waterslide and bar, and far more for children to do.
Complex is very well maintained and clean and tidy and a few good restaurants right at the entrance.
Well looked after by the 'meeters and greeters' who were very helpful and gave plenty of good advice regarding the surrounding area.
