Well equipped and very clean. HotTub fantastic. Great location and excellent value.

Myself and my family had a great holiday, nice and hot, and the villa was ok, but not really up to the standard of which we were expecting. The main issue was the cleanliness of the villa (or lack of). We were not particularly happy with having to pay 60 euros for cleaning, despite the floors being unclean and surfaces being dusty (the ceiling fan was thick with dust and we wiped them down so that we could turn it on and use it!!) The brick Barbeque completely collapsed when we were getting it started, which, fair enough, was replaced with another barbeque a couple of days later, but what bothered us was the fact that it didnt seem like it had been properly maintained and when it collapsed it could have seriously hurt somebody. The villa itself has so much potential but unfortunately I do feel that it has been a bit neglected which is a shame.

The property was as described, but the walk to the beach was more like 25 minutes rather than the published 10, although not being beach lovers, this was not an issue for us. We had a lovely holiday although I do think you are being let down somewhat by your local agents. They were only at the property cleaning it for an hour when we arrived. After only 3 days use, the hot tub had a slimy feel to it where we had taken great care to wash / shower before entering it. And as hot tub owners in the UK, it seems as if this had either not been washed out properly, maybe just re-filled with water or no cleaning agent was added to the water? The kitchen lightbulb had to be replaced, as did one in the living room and the small living room lamp didnt have a bulb in it at all. There were also cobwebs in the smaller room. The previous occupants had left eggs, milk, bread, and 2-3 rolls of toilet paper , presumably thinking they were doing us a favour but these were all cleared out by your agents who left us a carton of milk, bottle of wine as published, but only half of one toilet roll. Whereas this didint detract from a most enjoyable holiday, we think you should be made aware of this as we feel your agents are not maintaining your property in the standard as you may want it to be portrayed. When the new pedestrian bridge was installed the walking time to the beach doubled and we thought we had amended all narrative to reflect this This has been corrected. We have addressed the cleanliness issues at Sueno and will start the new year with new managing and cleaning agents.

Beautiful property good air conditioning various beaches within a few minutes walk. gorgeous weather. 4 very large supermarkets nearby offering everything at good value. every kind of restraunt very near. we walked to torrevieja along the coastline only took around 2 hours with a few stops for drinks along the way. Pool was very big and felt private as was always empty. cant wait to again :)

The villa was in a perfect area with no noise but was close to plenty of bars and restaurants. There was also many supermarkets close by with the nearest one less than five minutes away. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the roof which was private and the large pool was less than one minute walk away and was very clean.
The villa itself was very clean and tidy with all the cooking and cleaning facilities that we needed for our week away. We really appreciated the airport transfers by Barry and his help and advice for our stay. Now that we are back home we wish that we had stayed longer - there is always next year as we would definately book this villa again.

Excellant property,ideal for family, looked safe for youngsters ie traffic and pool,plenty of cooking facilities and near bars and shops.
would meet every bodies budget,weather you ate out or cooked yourself

my husband,myself and two teenage girls spent a week at your villa at easter, the villa was in a good location although the road to cross to get to the beach was very busy,plenty of supermarkets within walking distance and restaurants, our girls spents lots of time in the hottub they loved it. we would have preffered a double bed in one bedroom but overall a great time was had by all. thank you x

Mark & Cheryl - Thank you so much for a great holiday in your Villa. My husband & I were looking for a cheap winter break, weather much better than the UK for January. We very much appreciated the private hot tub, ideal for those chillier evenings, or when the swimming pool is just too cold!
The location for us was great, plenty of Supermarkets to walk to & stock up on the groceries etc. It was lovely to take a stroll to the beach on the sunnier days & stop off at a bar or two!
Too many good Restaurants to name, we enjoyed Puccinis and found a good Chinese (cheaper than at home!)
The Villa itself had everything we needed.
We also appreciated the airport transfer - all very easy.
Next time we may hire a car & venture out further afield to explore Spain.

yes the villa was very good , but I would have liked some cleaning products there for general use such as the bath and kitchen , the hot tub was excellent as was the sun roof we had a barbecue up there ,so close to the supermarkets which you have a choice of pam was very helpful intelling us about restuarants and other things

Villa was very clean and prepared by Pam who was on hand to welcome us on arrival and show us around. The roof terrace and proximity to the shared pool was great and the hot tub was a real plus that our teenagers adored.

Our holiday in the Sueno Villa was fantastic, the apartment was very clean and nice and the hot tub at night under the stars was relaxing. Pam was very helpful I wished we had booked two weeks there instead on one, hope to go again!

We had a lovly weekend at sueno house. The villa was more than we expected. Pam was very helpful on arrival. We walked everywhere and only used the car for the airport.January weather was good but the hot tub was really special.
The italian Puccini was excellent.We will book again and reccommend.
