The view is amazing. The apt is very nice, clean plenty of room for our party. Kitchen a hair tight, no oven, but met all of out needs. We slept 4 and the water heater all managed to accommodate. But by far the best part is the view. Just like the picture, gorgeous views of the sea and la mangA. Highly recommend. Bar right down the street had wifi so everything worked out perfect. Hopefully can stay there again.

We were looking for a relatively quiet beach holiday and that is exactly what we got. The beach is a stones throw from the apartment and it was never too busy there are a few bars and restaurants close by too. Highly recommend it too anyone!

A lovely apartment! Clean & ‘airy’ with a fantastic view, the perfect place for a restful holiday. We hired a car but the local beach, supermarket and bars would have done us fine had we not. We managed to lose our keys on the first day but the cleaners brought round a spare set just ten minutes after we called them. Kevin the owner was very helpful and courteous throughout the booking process. I have already provisionally booked for next year!

it´s a good place and good apartament but the cleaners of apartament isn´t good. the equipament isn´t enough.

My cleaners are excellent & are constantly praised by former tenants. They had to report to me that these tenants had left the place with tobacco odors so I put their comments down to sour grapes. The apartment is perfectly adequately equipped for a holiday. These tenants lived locally & moved in for a month. I am very disappointed at their unfounded comments. However, their general rating was nonetheless good.

Great flat ,well equipped with everything you would need ,could not be any nearer to the beach which is amazing , miles of golden sand and the warmest water possible - just perfect .Quite a quiet area with just a few bars/resturants ,just what we wanted, we hired a car to explore and had a great time visiting all the resorts along the coast , we still had the best beach , would go back tomorrow if possible ,thanks for a great holiday .

The apartment is very close to the beach, with good views of the Mar Menor, especially as it is on the 9th floor (top) of the block. Playa Paraiso is very quiet in mid September, and those seeking nightlife would have to travel to La Manga. The apartment was adequately equipped, except for the bed and sofa, which were both of the put-you-up type and were not very comfortable.

What a lovely apartment! Spotlessly clean, and an excellent base for our holiday. There is a good view from the balcony where we breakfasted every morning. We were thrilled to see flamingos on the nearby salt flats. It is a nice quiet area, ideal to relax and just "get away from it all". Highly recommended!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculately presented with stunning views. The surrounding area was very quiet but then it was November. We discovered a delightful tapas bar 5 minutes walk away in Playa Honda where we spent most evenings eating and drinking very cheaply! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay. There seemed to be very limited public transport in the area so a hire car is pretty necessary.
