The property was well kept, clean and tidy. I slept on the bed settee which was very comfortable and the family were all pleased with the comfort of the beds. The balcony was great and we sat out there everyday and it was also useful for drying the swimwear etc.

Weve just arrived home after spending a week in this apartment. I have to say we were very impressed, both with the apartment and the helpful tips and advice from the owner and Sue in Spain. The apartment has everything needed for a real holiday home away from home. The balcony was fantastic, really big and a suntrap from lunchtime until sunset, we experienced 32 degrees most days and subsequently spent nearly all our time outside. Wed never visited Benalmadena before and we enjoyed it very much especially the old town. All in all a great apartment, cant recommend it highly enough, wish we were still there!

very clean well kept apartment. great views. would recomend car hire as it makes everywhere more accessable eg. supermarket , beach and visiting surrounding area. The apartment has an underground garage which is handy to keep the car cool . Derek the owner was very helpful giving us lots of advice and info before our holiday. Also Sue and Jane in Spain were very helpful and could be contacted at any time.

Great property. Spacious, well equipt and relaxing. Very large balcony-fabulous for outdoor dining, sunbathing and generally chilling out. Very comfy beds, and efficient air cond. Nice quiet pool which we often had to ourselves...in August! . Quiet location about 20 mins walk from beach. I would def recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous balcony/terrace. Its situated in a quiet area, a 20 min walk from the beach (downhill). We always walked down and got a taxi back up (usually cost about 7-8 euros). This apartment exceeded out expectations and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

I am on the last day of my month long stay at this apartment and I can honestly say Ive had an amazing time. The apartment itself, completely exceeded my expectations and the photos that are posted for this property really do not do it justice. It was extremely clean and had really did have everything you could possible want/need in a home away from home. I have spent many evenings on the large spacious and well equipped terrace. I felt the apartment was perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle, but providing you have a car, you are really are very close to everywhere you would want to go. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for an ideal getaway on the Costa Del Sol and will be certainly be back for another visit sometime soon!

We were all very pleased you enjoyed the apartment so much and had a great time and appreciated all the hard work we all do in keeping apartment in top condition, we had just been over and personally fully painted the interior the week before you arrived to get it ready for the busy summer season. We chose the apartment for the very reason its away from all the noise etc that can spoil a relaxing holiday but still only a lovely 20 minute walk for everything, we were also very pleased you like many others appreciated that. When over for the length of time you were it's even more of a great idea to get a car to explore further afield. A beautiful, luxurious, well furnished, home from home and more , apartment. Every mod con available, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer, cooker, fridge, spacious accommodation, two bathrooms, extensive terrace, secure, safe environment. Air conditioning, apartment spotless and sleeps up to 6 people. All in all a beautiful,luxurious apartment offering all qualities and more located in beautiful surroundings allowing a fantastic, relaxing holiday.

Excellent in every way. Had a great holiday thanks to the help and assistance from Derek prior to arrival. This apartment has everything and an excellent nights sleep thanks to the most amazingly comfortable beds. Have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this apartment.

The appartment was very well equipped with everything you need. We were very satisfied with staying there. The only thing I would say is that we could have done with two keys to enter the pool area, as the door was always shut. The appartment was very well located for our needs, however I would say you definately need car hire.

Hi Leslie, Great to hear you had a great time and many thanks for the 5 Star Review, we always try our best.The outer door at the pool is always closed for kids safety and to stop dogs etc getting in, we did have 2 pool keys and I do apologise for the missing one, seems a client lost one and didnt report it missing, will replace ASAP. I always recommend a car to enhance your stay but there is a great local taxi service ( details and phone no. are in apartment and on info sheet we send ) should you not wish to walk 20 mins to beach and shops or drive while in Spain. An excellent location for our stay in Spain. Apartment well fitted out and loved the large balcony with the evening sun to enjoy a glass of chilled wine and nibbles, whilst admiring the surrounding views down to the sea.

Hi Derek
Just wanted to let you know how pleased and impressed we were with your apartment last week.
It was especially good to have comfortable accommodation being we chose the 1 weekend of rain this year!! We had 1 day on the beach, but torrential rain and cloud the rest of the time. Sitting in a restaurant at Puerto Banus we could have been in Brighton! But we had a car so got out and about.
Your apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, we felt at home immediately and it contained everything we could possibly need.
I would definitely recommend your place to friends and family in the future.

A lovely flat with super views towards the golf course.
The Apt was a little isolated, and we needed to have access to a car.
This needs to be stressed more to people thinking of booking the Apt.

Hi Leisa, many thanks for your review. We were all very pleased you all had a great time at the apartment. Just in case potential renters think we are in the middle of nowhere the apartment is not 'isolated' as you describe it as I can show in google earth it is surrounded by other private homes, yes it's not on the main road or in the centre of Benalmadena so is much more peaceful, we do on the whole recommend a car in our advert to get around but it is not essential as shops, bars, restaurants & sandy beach's etc are only a 15 to 20 mins walk down a very pleasant quiet palm tree lined paved street with luxury homes on either side .Just as at home when going to a supermarket I would never walk home with bags full of the weeks groceries and if a car was not available I would certainly pay the 5 euros and get a taxi back.

If you are looking for a first rate apartment with all the luxuries of home then this is the place for you. Torrequebrada is a short bus/taxi ride away from the biz of Benalmedena, or if you want more of traditional Spain then a cab ride to Benalmedena Pueblo is for you. This is a five minute taxi ride up the mountain and well worth the visist. Great restaurants and beautiful wee cobbled streets. Try La Rueda for fabulous lamb (ask for Cindy) or Casa Fidel for great Spanish food.
We all had a fabulous holiday, very relaxing. Thye apartment is very well equipped, and that includes the kitchen. Do yourself a favour and book this apartment. It really is fab.

Apartment Lovely,everything you could want.Kids loved Aqualand. Did lots of walking first week,then hired a car, legs needed a rest. Marina lovely, De Fano great food.Also tried Sabatin's excellent. All had a brilliant time.

Amazing apartment, balcony area had us enjoying every evening outside.Home from home style apartment, well equipped, DVD's + books made it special, beds were very comfy. Taxi's very prompt but be sure to say 'Finca Dona Maria -Las Azaleas' when ordering. The Marina was beautiful at night, a bit pricey but worth a night out 'Tex Mex Grill '(business card in info book) has the most amazing food and atmosphere - Slightly hidden round the back of Marina near Burger King but be sure to book as they are always busy. For fishing trips get down to Marina early to catch the bast trips. Owners very helpful & friendly. Excellent holiday ! Will return soon.
