The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The property is as described spacious and well kept. If you are looking for a relaxed family accommodation you cannot fault this villa. To enjoy what the area has to offer you will need a car though! There are shops and bars nearby (7mins walk) and the nearest beach is about 10mins drive. There are the usual shops like Lidl and Iceland in the town and other amusements for kids too either locally or in the nearby towns of Elche or Guardamar. Although we are unable to use the communal pool as it was out of order but it was compensated for with kids /adults beach stuff that was made available for our use. Downside is that there is no wi-fi but shops will give you access if you go in for a drink or pizza. Trevor is a brilliant host, he attended to our needs and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay

THIS PROPERTY OFFERS YOU EVERYTHING YOU WOULD EVER NEED. HOME FROM HOME. COULDNT FAULT IT IN ANYWAY. WELL PRESENTED & WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE PERSONAL TOUCH THAT TREVOR OFFERED AS IT MADE OUR FAMILY HOLIDAY SUPERB. CANT SAY ENOUGH ONLY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE THAT WISHES TO HAVE A QUIET & RELAXING FAMILY HOLIDAY. WOULD RECOMMEND CAR HIRE TO TAKE YOU INTO ALICANTE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. HOPE TO USE YOU IN THE FUTURE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The photos do not do this property / location the justice it deserves.. This is a fantastic place although I wouldnt say its baby friendly (Hard floors / no stair gates and catus plants galore) nor were there bars / restaurants within the stated 2 mins walk.. (More like 10 mins) But none of these spoilt the perfect holiday getaway and the Villa is really something :). Trevor made a real difference with the welcome pack and attention to detail. Thanks, and Im sure well be back soon..

hello clean , very helpful, close to the amenities, in a friendly quiet cul-de-sac !!! We enjoyed our stay as a family The Duplex was exactly as described. Plenty of good, friendly communication from Trevor.
