Villa is the size about 130m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there are: a living room with an open fire place, a kitchen, a dining room and a toilet. On the first floor there are: a bathroom, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two beds. The space around the house is 800m2 big with a swimming pool size 8 x 4m, outdoor bathroom in the authentic istrian kazun style, three parking places within nicely decorated green plants and flower environment.
