Botanica Villa is located in Bangtao, the luxurious area in Phuket, just 5 minutes from Layan beach. Magnificent golf clubs and the Laguna area with the famous resort hotels of The Banyan Tree, The Dusit, The Sheraton etc. are all 5 minutes away. Phuket International Airport is 15 minutes away and the town of Patong with its lively nightlife is a 20 minute drive. Botanica Villa is the ultimate Asian Tropical Styled villa. It is set within a secure complex of just 5 villas in a private and tranquil area. This is truly a resort home.

The villa has a high wall surrounding it and is very private. A gracious living area, entertaining space both inside and outside make this a very special place to spend relaxing vacations. The Villa has a remote control gate to the double carport. There is a large store in the carport to accomodate baggage , golf clubs and sports equipment. There is also entrance througha Balinese gate over a lotus pond filled with water lillies. A water feature of elephants also add to the charm of the pond.The main lounge is openplan, bright and extremely spacious with a stunning vaulted ceiling with plantation fan. It has cable TV, CD player, surround sound, stereo, telephone and internet ( WiFi throughout the villa) . The dining area overlooks the pool and garden with elephant stone carvings on the wall. The large kitchen has dishwasher, oven, hood, fridge freezer, microwave and is well equiped with glassware and crockery. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a drinks fridge, iron and ironing board. Just off the dining room there is a guest toilet which can also be accessed from the garden.

A patio with waterfall feature is situated to the back of the lounge. All areas of the villa have patio sliding doors onto the pool. The 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing table areas. The master bedroom hasa dressing room and en suite featuring a magnificent jacuzzi. It has twin basins and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has its own terrace to one side and opens to the pool on the other side. This bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with plantation fan. To add to the charm wooden shutters open into the ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower and an outdoor private shower area. The third bedroom has an ensuite shower and overlooks both the pool and the lotus pond. The villa has an upstairs Sala which provides a cool restful area to enjoy spectacular views over the countryside, hills, rubber tree plantation and lakes. There is a BBQ area on the lower terrace which has a countertop, sink and power outlet

The pool has an infinity edge overflow. It has granite stools fitted in the shallow end and a jacuzzi to the other. Frangipanni trees and fragrant orchids are set in the surrounding planters. The garden has recently been extended and is filled with an abundance of exotic tropical plants, trees and flowers and has a further outdoor secluded shower

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
