My husband and I stayed here for 3 1/2 weeks in November and we loved it! The pictures are a perfect representation of exactly what you are offered here at this villa. Everything we needed was here at our fingertips and if we had any questions or rental needs Brad and Sonya were there and went out of their way to arrange things for us numerous times. From cabs to rental cars, cell phone minutes to our motor bike, maid service to massage referrels! Quite a luxury considering our communication gap with the locals.Dont forget the little local market just down the street you can get TP, water, and your basics for the same price or cheaper than the Tesco and its a bit more conveinent especially with a motor bike rental. We loved the seclusion of the location and our privacy. Wed be remissed to mention Brad and Sonyas insider discounts we received with their aid. We truly felt like family. The pool was cleaned 2x weekly and we more than enjoyed it. Our maid service was prompt and so inexpensive. We hope to return next year to stay a bit longer. The value for your money you cant beat this location. A short drive to Hua Hin if you like that type of scene but for a private get away this is the spot. Thanks so much Nick we have a record snow year this year and boy do we miss it already!

I spent a week at the villa from 25 October 2011 - 02 November 2011. The property looks exactly like the pictures. The pool gets cleaned twice a week on a Wednesday and a Saturday and the pool cleaners have their own key, but you will have to remove leaves in between these cleaning dates as it is an outdoor pool and you should expect this.
Hua Hin does have an airport but there are no flights from Bangkok to there so the only way to reach Hua Hin is by car I drove down from Bangkok which took me about 4 hours due to the traffic but it usually takes about 3 hours. If you are not a confident driver then I advise you not to drive and get a taxi.
The villa was ideal for me as it is located in not a tourist area and I could just relax and sunbath which was the main object of my holiday. As the villa is about 30 minutes outside of Hua Hin town centre I would advise hiring some sort of vehicle so that you can get around easily as the villa is of the beaten track.
I would definitely go back as I loved it there.

On pulling up outisde this property all my worries disappeared. A beautifully maintained garden and pool with gated drive. So so peaceful here. The house it self possibly needs a little up date with the shower and bathroom area but otherwise was lovely. Air conditioning in bedroom and lounge plus large ceiling fans if air conditioning not required. Plenty of wardrobe space if needed. You definately need your own transport to get out and about from here but beaches, supermarket and everything you need within short driving distance. The people lookingafter the bungalow are lovely friendly and only too happy to advise you of places to eat, visit etc. Only downfall is that I couldnt just stay here. Peace relaxation beautiful area and lovely people. What more could you want.

We booked this Villa for three weeks and had the most amazing holiday.
The villa is in a small village in a lovely area with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We really wanted to stay longer and plan to go back next year for a month.
The villa is spotless and very well equipped with a lovely garden and pool. The main bedroom has lots of storage space and a big lovely bed and the second bedroom has a single bed, which we never used.
Tv & video player with surround sound, which you can plug an ipod into came in very handy for music. I would recommend taking videos to watch because there is no tv reception. To be honest we did not miss the TV at all. There is a bar in Pak Nam Pran which has a video exchange, which we made use of. It is called the Beach House Hotel which is on the beach road.
Our stay included pool lady, gardener and cleaners who came once a week and did an excellent job. Good tip, save your recycling for the cleaners because they cash it in, every little helps.
We were greeted by family members of the owners who were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Any problems you have they sort it out straight away which is very reassuring.
We suggest you contact them to arrange transport if you are coming from Bangkok, its cheaper and a lot less hassle. Our driver from Bangkok had no idea where he was going and the journey took twice as long.
If you want a local driver for days out, check the Beach House Hotel because a local drinks there and he will take you places very cheap and is really laid back. He lives in the next village so its handy for the villa and he knows it now after running us around.
We hired a motorbike arranged by the caretakers and only cost us £20 a week because we had it for three weeks. You really do transport whilst you are here because its off the beaten track. There is a shop in the village selling basics which is very handy.
Pak Nam Pran is the nearest town with shops, internet, chemist and this is about 15 mins away on bike. Lovely secluded beaches surround you and the Khao Sam Roi Yot national park is not to far and is amazing to visit. If your feeling energetic do the trip to the shrine in the cave (Phrya Nakhon Cave) Its amazing !
So all in all you will not be disappointed if you book this villa, I wanted to buy it :)
The area is beautiful, the people amazing and you wont want to come home!

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the villa. The villa itself was fine. The pool was fantastic and not overlooked. I hired a motorbike for the duration of my stay, which enabled me to travel to the coast (only a few minutes ride away) and to see the stunning scenary. The owners of the villa were friendly and made me feel welcome. Im sure Ill go back again.
