Nice place, quiet and peaceful, perfect get away from Bangkok. Everything that was required was provided and the thai family taking care of the property were very helpful. I will definitely be going back there when I need to escape the city life! Location was fine for me as I have my own transport, but taxis would be needed to get around for those who dont.

The house was very clean and spacious located in a very safe compound. It has a nice garden and is very close to the communal pool and club house which has internet access.
We had our own hire car which made it easier to travel to town, otherwise there is a good bus service to town every 15 minutes.
We found more restaurants and a kid-friendly beach (poney riding) in Takiab. We enjoyed Cicada market and our daughter loved feeding the lambs at the farm in the floating market.
A very relaxing holiday. Well miss Thai food :-)

The house was exactly as we expected, in a great location and very quiet. It was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay there again. We had a hire car which made a difference to getting around, and the local beaches were fantastic. The BBQ, bikes and washing machine were an added bonus. We loved our 10 days there and would highly recommend it.

We were at the property in hua hin in sept for two weeks, the property was as advertised ,except its nowhere near any beach , that is a10 min taxi away ,But the complex was very good ,and the pool amazing .The complex is very well run, my only complaint is against the managers of the house. Who told us just before we left ,that they were going to charge us to wash towels and bed linen 100bht per item this was not in our contract ,so we were a bit upset .But this was our only disappointment.

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks in this house. The house is just as we expected, it is a real home from home with lots of personal touches. The thai family next door were very helpful, as were the neighbours who were all very friendly and welcoming. There are bikes to use which were great and we borrowed the little boys bike from next door for our young daughter.
The swimming pool is very close to the house, but far enough away that you wouldnt here any noise, but when we were there we generally had the pool to ourselves. The estate feels very safe, the guards patrol fequently and are very friendly. The buses were great and taxis were cheap (150 - 200 bahts into town). There is a little local eating place up the hill which is a must for lunch if you like simpe thai food (approx £2 for lunch for three people).
All in all a very nice house, great value for money and a nice location away from the hussle and bussle of the town. Highly recommended.

The property was easy to find. Helpful family sorted queries and also transport back when we were stranded(minivan broke down!). Accommodation clean and exactly as described. Needed a motorbike to get to shops but that was arranged no problem. Used local buses to get to beautiful Suan Son beach. Swimming pool used daily and the Jaccuzi next door a couple of times. Security on estate good.
Great to have a full sized oven, needed a few more DVDs, bring your own if you want more than the True movie channel or Thai TV. Too much to do to worry about that much though! Six adults and two children fitted easily and the living space and outdoor space meant that it never felt crowded.

This property is good value for money. The area is very peaceful. There are about 50 bungalows on the estate which was developed about six years ago.The property is spacious and has all the facilities one could wish including a communal swimming pool a stones throw away. The 24/7 gate security and regular inspections by security guards on bicycles are an impressive feature.
