My family rented this villa for 3 nights in June 2013 at first I was a bit worried about paying up front but all went well we were sent the location details and all was fine except very very hard to find from the directions given but when we rang the staff at the Majestic residence were very hlpful, my suggestion would be to make the directions a bit easier to follow.
The villa was very nice and well maintained, very private with own swimming pool, we had a great time, thank you for the experience.
The security at the fromt were very friendly and helpful.
There is a 7/11 5 minutes walk away.
If you are wondering about electric and water costs for the 3 days we were there it cost 100 Baht for water and 1200Baht for electric. Very reasonable.

Abolutely superb ! Wonderful villa. Wonderful pool. Great location (provided you are mobile). Mon is very helpful. The only critisism I have, is that there are about 200 channels on the TV, of which 1 or 2 are in English. Ill be staying there again.

Had a great time at villa everything was brilliant very tidy clean recomended nice complex bar and food very good and mon is a very nice and friendly lady recomended 5 stars..
