Last week we were on 2 weeks vacation on this villa.
It was disappointing, we had broken toilets for 4 days and the management company could not fix it... + there is a construction just nearby, everyday at 08:30 in the morning till 14:00 its noisy and you cannot sleep after 08:30 everyday. + they overcharge for electric and water over 5000BHT ! even though its not mentioned in this website.. + mosquitoes, ants and 1 small mouse ! not recommended !!!

Dear Guests! After investigating this complaint I found that the management company did not act enough quickly regarding the toilet problem, and I have for this reason stopped my
cooperation with them and contacted a new management team which I have used before without problem. Regarding water and electric , this customer broke the upper lid and flushing system and for this reason had to pay a repair. The normal fee for water and electric is around 20-30E/week depending on consumption which is stated in the advert information. I also want to say that in a situation like this it is recommended that the guests contact me personally on the given phone number and email , for a quicker solution on the problem. These guests did not contact me personally. I have done rental on this villa for more than 5 years now and we seldom get complaints. And if we do we try to sort them out as quickly as possible. For the future I will keep a closer eye on the management and also expect guests to contact me if they have unsolved problems.

Excellent value for money, private beach also very close to the shopping centre and town, tight security safe and sound villa. Very pleased staff, clean and tidy villa, large bathrooms bedrooms with a great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Very nice pool, with access from all bedrooms and lounge through large glass doors.

Good private and secure locatio. Excellent Villa for size and quality. Couple of issues on drains and hot water, could not sort whilst there due to Thai New Year meant repairs were delayed.

Absolutely fantastic location good size villa with 2 good sized bedrooms, nice pool, really nice area/resort with its own club house run by Matzee and Steve who could not be more helpful if they were to try good food and cheap drink and always open well it was when we were there !! Taxi in to pattaya at around 100-120 baht small shopping area with restaurants and shops foot massage etc just around the corner 300 mtrs and private beach about 150 mtrs long and a 3 min walk from the villa supberb will definetely be back Cheers Brian.

Just as described, with fairly easy access to secluded beach down a short path (not suitable for disabled) Facilities were maintained to a high standard and the staff and managemnt were exceedingly helpful. Would recomend some sort of transport, although taxis are cheap and plentiful. Excellent relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of pattaya, would definately book again and again. Alan Vaughan.

Overall a very nice property, well laid out and very clean and comfortable, made for a very relaxing holiday. Good comms from the owner Peter who we were lucky enough to meet and have a drink with during our stay. Maid service once a week, check storage wardrobes for spare towels...very nice pool for relaxing at during the day. Any problems speak to Kay whos looking after the property for Peter, her office is onsite next to security entrance. Clubhouse on site excellent for meals and a few drinks with a big pool right next to it.

Overall a nice property , clean and comfortable, Double jaccuzzi perfect relaxation and very romantic with changing lights in different colors. Staff helpful and polite. A taxi to the city is recommended, but cheap (about 100baht) and plentiful. Closest shops/restaurants about 300m away. Local bars can be reached by walking through the restaurant Birds and Bees on the beach. Will book again.

"Excellent villa for a relaxing holiday. The beach is nice and not overcrowded. Dinner with seaview from 2 restaurants. Staff very polite and helpful. Clubhouse also nice and run by the new management of Khun Matzee and Steve, both englishspeaking. Serving thai and international food. Overall a good property wich can be recommended. Will book again.
