The location of the apartment may be a little hard to find, but with right directions becomes easier. It is part of an apartments complex up a hill , not very far from the city centre. Dolmus buses pass every 5 minutes, so its not a problem.
The apartment is very spacious and clean, it has all the amenities you need. Although there is a floor fan in every room, in hot summer days you may want to also have air conditioning.
The neighbourhood is also nice, lots of kids and cats around.
The property manager is a very reliable and helping person, I thank him for eveything.
Overall a nice and pleasent stay.

My husband and I stayed in early July 2011. We were most impressed with this well appointed apartment and its situation overlooking Kusadasi bay. It is in a quiet residential area but has quick and convenient access to the town centre with all of its attractions via the regular dolmus service.
It is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The neighbours, too, are really friendly and welcoming.
We would have no hesitation at all in recommending this apartment as an ideal base to stay in Kusadasi.

every thing i expected from this property was exceeded.very clean and bright.i thoughley enjoyed my stay there .
