Sorry, I know this review is a little late, just sussed out how to log a review can you believe.
We stayed at this Villa in August 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed. After staying in this property, which was immaculate and very spacious we do not enjoy staying in apartments anymore, as this has all mod cons - it was like home from home.
The owners were superb and extremely helpful, helped in organising our transfers from the airport which went fantastically smoothly with no delays at all.
We loved the friendly neighbours who we met - Terry and Liz (animal lovers just like us), Keith and Helen who were very helpful and friendly too. Akbuk is a lovely quite resort, getting away from the stress of everything - lovely restaurants, kids loved the peaceful pool and have nagged us to go back again and we did this year!
However, this Villa was already booked up (doesnt suprise me as lovely) so we booked another villa on the complex which was also lovely - we also met Andrew, Wendy and Richard who stayed at this property at the time we wanted to book and they were a lovely family.
We all loved it here and we said we will be back and we were - hopefully we are planning to go back next year too as we love it!!!

We have recently returned from a lovely holiday at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was excellent and had everything to make your stay very enjoyable. The villa was very modern, with lovely gardens and access to a beautiful pool. It was in close proximity to the beach and all the local amenities. We received a warm welcome from Kieth and Helen who were friends of the owners and were also made very welcome by Liz and Terry who had the adjoining property. The transfers from the airport were arranged by the owners and were punctual and trouble free. Akbuk is a great place to stay with lots of lovely restaurants and friendly local people. We would definitely return!

The photographs did not do the villa justice. Lovely quiet location. Easy walking distance to aminities. Could see the pool from the villa. We already knew the area before our holiday and this holiday has confirmed our desire to own a property in Akbuk. Will definatley be coming back!

The villa was very nice,plenty of room and clean.
It is a great location, very quiet with a shop nearby which is very handy for essentials and a bakery for lovely fresh bread. It is only a short walk to the bus station and the restaurants on the sea front. The pool is a good size and very close to the villa. We really enjoyed our stay in Akbuk it is a very relaxing holiday. The people are very friendly and you get a lovely welcome in the local restaurants. We will definately be coming back.
