Alanya is a fantastic resort located on the Mediterranean coast oftern referd to as 'The Pearl of the Turkish Riviera' with inviting golden beaches and the Taurus Mountains providing a breathtaking backdrop to this amazing unspoilt resort. Alanya experinces a typical Mediterranean climate with 310-320 sunny days per year. Temperatures can get up to 40 degrees in the summer. As well as its cultural and historics sights, Alanya has great beaches especially the famous 'cleopatra Beach that lies West of the resort while the fine sands of Kekybut beach stretches to the east where a good range of water sports are available on each beach. The nightlife is easy-going and relaxed with a wide choice of bars and clubs located at the harbour. Here you can also find daily boat trips, the waterpark, restaurants, shopping bizzars and of course a visit to Alanya's famous castle is a must. Also a trip to the Dimcay river is reccomended where you can swim in the natural waterfalls and river or take it easy with good food and drink in one of its many floating restaurants

Villa al'rene is situated just outside the village of Demirtas, east of Alanya 20mins away. The villa is located in a peaceful valley with stunning views towards the sea. It is ideally situated for tourists to visit Alanya or the smaller town of Mahmutlar where you will find an array of shops, bars and resturants as well as beaches and water sports. Here you can also hire jeeps and mopeds and book daily excursions. Also feel free to visit the village of Demirtas just 5 mins away for that authentic Turkish experince. Here you will find shops and a lovely resturant serving great quality food priced very reasonably.

Villa al'rene gives you the best of both worlds. You can lounge by the swimming pool all day and enjoy the views of the mediterranean sea and Tarus mountains or you can choose to be more active and visit the best of what Alanya has to offer. We built and designed the villa the way we did so it gives you open plan living and a spacious feeling. The villa boasts three double sized bedrooms including a master suite reached by a stunning marbled spiral staircase with en-suite bathroom and a balcony looking out to the sea. The villa itself is fully air conditioned and fully equipped including T.V. DVD, ipod docker and CD player. There are also sun loungers, parasols and pool towles for all our guests. In the evening you can dine alfresco and sit out on the spacious balconies/terrace and enjoy a glass of wine and watch as the sun sets over the Mediterranean.

We chose the location because of its stunning views, peaceful location and good proximity to Demirtas, Mahmutlar and Alanya. The villa sits in a very green valley amongst oranges and lime groves, and faces out to the sea and Turtle beach. We wanted to be located in an area that was more Turkish and authentic. The local people are very friendly and the area is safe and secure.

We also hope to announce soon that from the summer 2013 people wishing to book our villa with be able to fly from the UK to a new airport that's already been built in a town called Gazipasa which is only 20 minutes away from the villa. Watch this space!!!

This is the first year we will receive guests at our villa. Any income generated will go back into improving the villa for next year.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
