The villa was clean, the pool was cleaned daily which was good. The people were very friendly, a special thank you to Kamil the site manager, very helpful, showing us around and he would always arrive promptly whenever we needed him. The only problem was frequent power cuts. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We have been coming to this area of Turkey for 8 years but this was our first time in this particular property, and I have to say we were all very impressed! The villa was spacious (we are a family of 8), clean, modern and well looked after. All rooms were beautifully decorated, there was plenty of wardrobe space and having two showers certainly made getting ready in the evening a lot easier! The area is peaceful and quiet with stunning views down the road of the taurus mountains. The exterior of this villa is its biggest selling point with a very spacious patio area, plenty of garden furniture (the 3 umberellas were perfect as temperatures reached the mid 40s!) and the private pool was fantastic and cleaned daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day. The communal pool was also brilliant and a great addition if we fancied a proper swim. All-in-all a lovely holiday and a wonderful villa, we look forward to booking next year!

The villa was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much. However, when we arrived we discovered that there is no gas in the kitchen and we cant cook. We informed the pool man about our problem. He did not speak English but it looked like he is going to inform the manager, Kamil. The next day nothing happened and we were not able to cook again. The day after the gas delivery showed up but we were asked to pay 65 TL for it. A while later the manager, Kamil showed up. I asked him if we were responsible for the cost.? He said "no" and he was going to bring us 65 TL...soon. He did not show up the entire week. The night before our departure I went to Kamils house but he wasnt there. I talked to his son. His English was excellent. I told him that we will be leaving the next day in the morning and I reminded him about the money. He said that Kamil will be home soon and he will pass on the message. We left the next day and Kamil never showed up. Believe me, 65 TL is not going to brake me but this is a matter of professionalism and proper management. Therefor we wont be coming to this villa next year and we wont recommend it to any of our friends.
Sincerely,
Jerzy Zbyszewski
Owner reply:
Dear Mr Zbyszewski,
I am very sorry to hear about your issues regarding the payment for the new gas cylinder, it seems such a shame that this left a sour taste to what would appear to have been a good and enjoyable stay.
I would have very much liked to have dealt with ths issue personally during your stay in the villa but this was the first I had heard about the problem. I will of course be offering a refund payment for the gas.
On the subject of our site manager, Kamil, he has always been 100% reliable and to be honest I am not sure what we would do without his help and reliabilty, so your experience is a real shame.
I am however pleased that you liked the villa and it is a shame that you could not recommend the villa based what would appear to be a miscommunication.
regards
Gavin Tickner

This is a lovely villa, clean, comfortable and it has everything you need to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. The pool is bigger than it looks in the picture, which we spent a lot of time in, a big bonus for us, Its surrounded by trees which gives you privacy and it is maintained daily by a lovely turkish man that comes round a couple of times a day. The nearby towns Kadriye and Belek are great places to visit where you can find shops and lovely restaurants and bars. Everyone is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We had a great time here, a very relaxed holiday and would definitely return and recommend to our family and friends.

The villa is in a quiet and secluded area, so very relaxing. Having your own pool included with the villa is a bonus and this is hidden away by small trees/shrubs from the passing traffic and people passing by.
I would recommend that you hire a car (especially if you do not like walking!) it is quite a walk to the beach, shops and towns of Belek and Kadriye. Guy who lives in the villa next door does very reasonable car hire.
If youre looking for a relaxing week in the sun, then this is the place.

We stayed in the villa from 22-29 March and had a great time, there were 4 of us in total. The villa itself has everything you need and feels like home from the moment you walk in. We have visited the villa on one previous occasion and there have been lots of good changes, there is a brand new cooker and hob, the garden has been totally opened up creating a huge relaxing area, the private pool was always kept very clean, the villa inside was spotlessly clean, I think it has recently been decorated and we also counted 25 very good DVDs for us to view! There were no issues with the electric and the garden area is very private with excellent screening from big trees....in the summer this would provide good shade fromt he heat!
We will definately be going back and recommending to our friends. Thanks again to Gavin and Sandra.

I visited the villa with my partner and 2 friends. We had a fantastic stay. We had 2 days of rain but even the poor weather didnt ruin our visit. The roof terrace was an excellent place to view the amazing lightning storm. We stayed at the villa most of the time but went out on two occasions. Eating out is reasonably priced and the restaurant staff were very accomodating. The taxi drivers were very helpful when going to the local supermarket and waited outside for us to finish then took us back to the villa. The taxi was 10 Lira approx £4.00 return. We hired a car which was only 50 Lira for the day. Although if you want a car for the week a couple of the companies will return you to the airport free of charge.
We will definately visit the villa again.

Since our first visit 4 years ago the owner has made considerable improvements to the property enhancing a already good villa in a number of small but important ways.
The electrical system now has an extra regulator attached to the mains supply, vastly reducing the number of times the electric switches off (in fact this visit it didnt go off once).
The back yard has been paved over increasing the available space, and access for disabled guests.
A HUGE bbq has been built at the back.
And the whole villa has had plants and screening added all the way round vastly improving your privacy and stopping roving animals entering the garden.
All in all an excellent villa and restful stay.

Everything you could possibly need,a home from home.
Very clean and well maintained property.
The photographs of the swiming pool does not do it justice,it was much bigger than expected and was inspected twice daily by a very friendly Turkish man,who was eager to solve any problems that arose (There were none ).

Villa was excellent with loads of space and great facilities. Kids loved the loft room with DVD player. Pool was a godsend with loads of space to laze about around it, definetely worth going for the pool as much less hassle than having to walk up to shared pool. Played golf a few times, highly recommend Kaya Eagles and National.
We decided not to get a car as didnt want hassle of driving. This was okay but nearest shop was about 10 - 15 mins walk away back towards the main road. which sells basics such as bread, water and beer. Main town of Kadriye is about 20 - 25 minutes walk away, turn right out of villa and then left at main road. Dolmus (local bus) was a bit disappointing as only turn up about every 45 minutes, whereas other parts of Turkey we have visited they turm up every 5 minutes. Taxis were fairly cheap, 12-13 Lira to Belek. Would recommend Shakespeare restaurant in Kadriye, bit more expensive than other ones but steak was excellent.

We have just returned from our Honeymoon, the villa was exactly as described but is much nicer when you actually see it. If you are young and looking for an 18-30 style holiday this would not be the place for you. However if like us you want a nice peaceful place to stay that has been kitted out with everything you can think of and is like a home from home then you must visit this villa. The pool is perfect in the heat for a quick dip, you will need to hire a car to make the most of the area, there are loads of places fairly locally to visit and loads of roman ruins which are breathtaking, the beach at Kadriye is lovely and the water is like getting into a bath. The town of Kadriye is lovely and the Turkish people are a delight. We had a fanastic and relaxing 10 days and would recommend the villa to anyone.

My family and I stayed in this Villa for 10 days in May and decided to return for another 10 days in July as we enjoyed it so much.
The villa is really well equipped with Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the lounge, it is very spacious and there was plenty of room even for 8 of us!
The private pool area is lovely, the owners have recently had the entire area tiled which looked amazing. We used the BBQ a lot as the weather was hot and it was lovely to sit out on the new patio area at night to relax.
The villa was really clean and very well maintained. Rosemarie is the lady who looked after us whilst in Turkey and she was brilliant, she gave us lots of advice regarding the local area, places to go and visit, eat and drink.
The communication from the owner was excellent, they sent us an information pack prior to departure with advise on the local area and the villa itself.
I would whole heartitly recommend staying at this villa, my family and I will definately visit again next year.

Upon arrival the villa was very clean and well maintained. All of the rooms were very spacious and well equipped. This was one of the only villas in the immediate area that had a private pool, which proved to be a life saver in the heat (upper 40 degrees).
We would recommend to anybody that hiring a car is a must. Must visit Kadriye Beach newly opened this year.

I stayed in this villa for one week in january,i was not expecting it to be amazing because of the time of year but i was pleasently supprised.
Finding the villa proved to be a bit difficult as we had not visited the area before, but as we were getting a taxi from the airport we didnt think we would need to worry. I would advise you a hire a car from the airport as the taxi was very expensive (£45). We hired a car straight away! Once our week was up we then got taken to the airport in the rented car which was included in the price and only took 20 mins instead of 40 mins it took on the way there in the taxi. By renting the car it meant that we could go and visit the nearby towns such as Antalya,Side and Manovgat. Belek has many towns nearby so there is lots to do and see. Even though the villa is not directly nearby much it was lovely just to relax, there was a shop and a restaurant at the end of the road which you colud pretty much get all the basics you would need. I would reccommend going to the smaller shops for food and drink as they are much cheaper than the big ones.
I could not fault the villa in any way,it was very spacious and clean. it was nice that there was two living areas so if there was a big group of you,you wouldn't end up getting on top of each other. We were well looked after by an english lady called Rosemary who lived up the road, she came round and helped us to hire the car and told us when the markets were on and the best days to go etc. If ever we wanted to know something or had a problem we would just ask and she did everything she could to help.
I would definately come back to the villa and i can imagine it to be wonderful in the summer.

A nice relaxing villa, in a friendly welcoming area. The villa itself was reasonably furnished and equipped, although the fact that all the electronic entertainment was in the loft room was a bit of a problem for our group, and it could really do with a CD/Radio in the lounge downstairs. The private pool while small was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and was big enough for most of our 8 to splash around happily in. (Those of you with small children might like to note however the pool has only 1 depth about 1.5m). The area is wonderful with Kadriye being more 'Turkish' and Belek more upmarket but seemed to have less character, Kariye beach is being developed but already has plenty of amenities and is a must. Kitchen well equiped with huge fridge, and adequate freezer - however no microwave - what we originally thought was the microwave was actually a side top oven! Didn't bother with BBQ as it was on the tiny side about 12" x 6". The directions from the airport need a bit of work, as it can be very hard to find. Despite its faults I would happily reccomend the villa to anyone however groups of 8 and more may find the villa and amenities a little cramped. Oh and if you do go there 2 important things to remember, 1) keep an eye on the fusebox - the main power has a tendency to surge flicking it off, turning your fridge off, and 2) don't leave your shoes outside, as dogs wander loose overnight, and may just decide they'd make great toys!
