Property and local area description

Turkeys golfing capital

I have a home in Belek the house has two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. I also have two double sofa beds.
I have a hammock on the roof terrace.

Belek is the new face of Turkey the Turkish government are spending millions on the area and intend to promote it as an upmarket family/Golf resort.
At the present time there are Fourteen separate golf courses all within a five minute drive of the house, the closest one being within a few hundred yards of the house.
The area is renowned for it’s wildlife and different species of birds don’t be surprised when you see Tortoises and turtles walking across the road.

Belek and it’s neighbour Kadriye are around 25 minutes away from Antalya airport driving within the speed limits.

The town centre of Kadriye is a 10 minute walk away and Belek is around 25 minutes walk but both taxis and buses are available from the end of the road, you can reach the sea in around 15 minutes by walking.

They have all the activities you may require at the beach from beach bars to jet skis and parasailing, for anyone who is brave enough you can also paraglide near the mountains.
You have the opportunity to go on jeep safaris, white water rafting or horse riding among other things,
There is one disco in Belek plus 2 new open air discos one on Belek beach the other on Kadriye beach.
The communal pool is open from June to mid September but as it states above the beach is within walking distance

You can get a taxi or hire a car from the airport or I can arrange return transfers for around £60 for up to 6 people and their luggage.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is not close to anything(you definitley need a car) but overaal the place is big and the pool nearby is the best and you also have access to internet by the pool but you need your own laptop or iphone. The beach in belek is realy nice

my husband and i enjoyed our time there the location was good most of the locals spoke english. the bazzars were great this was value for money.we would recommend this to anyone who likes the peaceful life. the locals all very freindly. the villa was spacious and clean you had the facillities of a washing machine which was excellent this villa had all your home comforts we would go there again.

A nice house in a nice quiet area but still close to beach, restaurants, nightlife etc. A good pool with plenty of sun loungers. Anything you might need in the house is provided. A large roof terrace and veranda with bbq at the front of the house make it perfect.

Never been to this part of Turkey before but it's me who missed out, already looking to go again next year. Peaceful area but if you wanted a good night out there are plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance.
