Poppys Place Is a 2 bedoomed property with upstairs bathroom and baclonies. Downstairs is a large living area that comprises kitchen , dining and lounge area. The shingle beach stretches for 4km with hotels, bars and restaurants on the beach front promenade.
The town has a number of nice shops and supermarkets and also hosts an aqua park which is an
ideal day out for all the family with lots of fun slides and rides.
Calis is also the home of The Surf Cafe which offers wind surfing lessons should you decide to
give it a try. For James Bond fans, they actually filmed part of his latest movie, SKYFALL,
in this area.
The atmosphere in Calis is very informal and relaxed, making it ideal for sun-worshippers and family holidays alike.
The popular resort of Fethiye is just a dolmus (local bus service) ride away were you will find a bustling town with it's own marina at the mouth of the beautiful bay of Fethiye strewn with small islands.
The hillside above the town is crowned by the ruins of a crusader fortress built by the knights of Rhodes also to be found there are numerous Lycian rock tombs, reproducing the facade of ancient buildings cut into the cliff face.
If you want to spend some livelier hours, visit the paspatur (old town) with plenty of designer shops and great nightlife,or if you fancy a traditional Turkish bath you can find one in the centre.
Tuesdays is the day for trying out your bartering skills on the large market, where you will find an abundance of stalls.
The resorts of Olu Deniz with it's beautiful lagoon and the popular Hisaranou at the foot
of the babadag mountain with it's paragliding centre are also close by
