The property was adaquate but poorly specd.
Pool was exe cellent but beware of the shower before swimming, as you have to flick it on and off with wet hands.
Car is advised as places round the area wouldnt last you for all of two weeks, but it is only a short drive to Fethiye.
Beware of getting rip off as Fethiye and the surrounding area is pricey and-bare in mind they know your a tourist-will most likely increase there prices by an extra 20 YTL if they think your British/American.

Facilities very very basic. Pool situated across the road. Area very quiet and not on the Dolmus route either. We would recommend a car.
Owner reply:
Facilities are as discribed in the advert and everything you could need for a family holiday including:- fridge-freezer, cooker, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board with iron, satellite TV, playstation 2 and a mobile phone.
Upstairs bathroon recently upgraded with new shower.
The pool is located accross the access road of the complex (not a busy road) approx 30 FT away.
Area is indeed very quiet and peaceful but only a 20min walk to the centre of Calis (£4 in a taxi).
Car hire can be arranged by our In-resort agents on request.

We travelled to Calis and stayed at this villa at the end of March to see the total eclipse. The villa was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. This area of Turkey is great if your planning to get out and see the sights, would advise getting a car.

I stayed in the Villa in the summer of 2004 and enjoyed it immensely, the villa was very clean and spacious, right by the pool and just a short walk from the beach and various restaurants. There were 3 of us staying there and we were looked after very well by the reps, who made many suggestions on places to go and made sure everything was running smoothly. We ended up going on day trips to Oludeniz which was amazing and very beautiful, and also to Hisaruno for an evening out. I would definitely stay again, have been recommending to all of my friends. It's perfect for a chilled out sunny holiday!

We all had a fantastic Holiday, The villa and resort was suitable for us all. The local people were really friendly, the taxi boat from Calis to Fethyie was an excellent way to see the area and very cheap. Beaches were not over packed, look out for the bean bag instead of the traditional sunbeds. Plenty of shops bars and restraunts to suit all. Villa was in a great location away from the hustle and bustle, but easily accesible when needed. A nice walk in along the beach and promenade or a taxi for 10 Lira. Pool at villa was fantastic, perfect for your morning swim, or for a splash about too cool down. Found the information folder in the villa handy for local tips, Plenty of tv channels to choose from , if you do want to watch TV, music and the film channel was the most popular with our group. When it got to hot in the sfternoon we used to escape back to the villa where the playstaion came in handy there was a playstation, Car hire a good idaa as there is so much to see and do, we will be going back next year to see what we did not manage to see this year. Fethyie market great for bargains. Turkey is a wonderfull place, the people are so friendly. Well worth a visit.

We stayed at this villa in Oct '03. everything about the accomodation and the area exceeded our expectations. Have already recommended to our friends and hope to revisit this year. I highly recommend visiting Olu Deniz beach and a trip to the turkish baths.
