We spent a fantastic two weeks at this villa end july / beginning august. Weather was very hot so grateful for the air con in the bedrooms. We spent several days just relaxing at the villa, enjoying the fab pool which was big enough for the five of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers). Market at Dalaman was good. Beaches are just a short drive away and were great - not too busy even during high season.
Villa is of a high standard and had everything we needed, the water chiller was a nice touch. We didnt cook much, ate out every night in the local restaurants recommended in the visitors book left by the owners. Great food, great price so not worth cooking in the heat!
Loved the boat trips as recommended by owners, Mustafa the skipper was a lot of fun and made them the best days out. After visiting some of the more tourist areas, we loved coming home to the peaceful villa and unspoilt Dalaman.
This was our first visit to Turkey, so was great to have so much help and advice from the owners - car hire sorted, manager visiting to help book trips or restaurants, pool man regularly attending to the pool, watering the lush gardens.
The only downside? We had to come home! Will definitely visit again.

The villa was beautiful, the garden flower beds amazing and enclosed a private swimming pool, suitably sized for fun with friends or family. the sunshine and wildlife made it relaxing. The villa inside had ample requirements for the holiday maker, with cleanliness a high point. The air conditioning was a plus, although not required often during our stay. The location was quiet from tourists and locals and wildlife were all you saw. The locals were welcoming and chatty. Overall, we fell in love with the little villa...definately book again in the future..... thank you Chris

The villa is situated in an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday and also a good base for exploring the area, although we would recommend hiring a car.
We were made very welcome both the locals and the staff, we found the villa clean, comfortable and well equipped for all our needs.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definetely recommend this property.

A beautiful and very well equipped villa which had everything we needed for our two week stay. It is quiet and secluded, but still well sited for visiting both good local beaches, and the more popular tourist destinations.
An absolute godsend is the availability of the property manager, who dealt with any little queries we had very promptly and efficiently, and who provided excellent local knowledge when it came to restaurants, car hire etc.
Overall, very highly recommended.

A lovely villa in a quiet location, which is easily the best equipped I have stayed at. The owner, manager, gardener and car hire people were all very helpful. I would also recommend a hire car as within just 10km there a lot of places worth a visit. The people in general in Dalaman are very friendly as well - having the restaurant pick you up and dro p you off after your meal was definitely a bonus!

We stayed for 2 weeks here 30th of June to 14th of July
Stunning villa, beautiful pool and well worth a visit.
Dalaman is perfect if you want to be near to other places but far enough away to just sit back and relax.
The villa was beautiful in all ways, plenty of room, mod cons and the garden and pool are to die for.
We stayed for 2 weeks and used a lot of the places that were recomended by the owner Chris.
Hassan was wonderfully helpful and would always help out if needed, The pool man (im sorry cannot remeber his name) was lovely and took me round the garden explaining what the different fruit trees were, also gave me a phrase book to borrow so that I could learn a little turkish.
The mountain restaurant is well worth a visit as is the local honey farm for a real turkish breakfast.
You do need to hire a car to visit places as it is a little to far to walk in the 40 degrees that we had while staying here.
The local beach Sarsala is well worth a visit if you can stomach the treacherous journey over the mountain on the rock road. Breathtaking views to be seen and a nice clean beach with warm water to relax on at the bottom.
Sarigerme is a typical touristy place which is what we wanted to avoid although the beach is gorgeous the town is full of shops and bars and the usual tourists.
Dalaman town was a short car journey or taxi ride away although you could walk it in 40 mins to the center it was just too hot to do it on a daily basis.
The town has some lovely restaurants and many of the places would offer a pick up from the villa or the garage just a short walk from the villa and dro p you back after the meal.
The Palmiye restaurant is well worth a visit, Friday nights is turkish night with music, dancers and singing. Great fun to be had by all.
The price of eating out was so reasonable we never ate at the villa but ate out every night at the local resataurants.
If we didnt want to do anything then we didnt have to as we had all we could need at the villa. just lounge round the pool or on the veranda and listen to the usual ciccadas, crickets, frogs and local noises.
In the evening the wildlife would appear with a family of geckos taking up residence on the veranda and by the front door, was funny to watch them trying to fight the big crickets, many evenings we just spent the time after we had been out on the veranda discussing the day and watching the gecko show, would advise that if you are not keen on creepy crawlies to leave the lights of under the veranda as the bugs wont then bother you.
There were wild tortoises, and tree frogs that would come to visit also.
An amazing holiday and plenty of memories and good friends made.
We will be back!
Cannot recomend this villa enough.
Thank You Chris and Sue it was just what we needed!

The villa was fantastic and Chris the owner was incredibly helpful with any questions I had and recommended some great places.
I would highly recommend staying here, the weather was great, the car hire was cheap and the food we cooked on the BBQ every night was local, fresh and very tasty. On top of all of this the villa was very clean, spacious and had a great kitchen and swimming pool.
10 out of 10.

Gorgeous villa. Kitchen is very well equipped. We were looking a relaxing holiday, a home from home. Which is exactly what we got. Lovely garden and pool. We hadnt the best weather but there was a selec tion of dvds to keep us entertained during the thunderstorm. Dont pack to many clothes, as we used all the facilities at the villa to wash, dry and iron them. We travelled light for having an infant and 2 kids with us. Hassan was there to look after us and offer help with any little thing. Ahmed and his employees were also a great help and more than helpful. Driving and parking was easy, the car hire is essential. We found a butchers and supermarket, so we cooked the majority of our meals, as the kids werent keen on the food.

This was our first trip to Turkey, and we were all glad that it was to an unspoilt, rural area. The villa, garden and pool met all our expectations, the villa is spacious, airy, comfortable, beautifully finished, and thoughtfully equipped. The pool is gorgeous. We went in the autumn half term and had some rain, so the big open and airy verandah came into its own, and guess it would also be a wonderful retreat from the scorching July/August midday sun. The owners description is accurate in every way. We would recommend this to couples or families that like to get away, enjoy an authenic foreign experience, and who like either lounging by the pool or exploring the coast. The owners manager who seems to be able to book pretty much anything for you, and the car hire arangements which couldnt be more convenient, made our week pass without a single hitch so that we could enjoy every single minute. If you think you might enjoy haggling - you will love the markets, Dalaman and Fethiye were great experiences.

We had a brilliant holiday when we stayed at this property. Everything was immaculate and we enjoyed the luxury of the pool, the beauty of the surroundings and the whole Turkish experience. The villa is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town and is within easy reach of the shops, the beaches, the restaurants and the markets.

Home from home with some very considerate extras. Quiet location. Spacious rooms. Lovely private pool. All done to a high standard & very clean.
Good base from which to explore the region & not at all "touristy"
The local manager & car hire service were good & available if you needed them.
Highly recommended ( and we are fussy, critical, people who run a quality B&B)

The location and villa were excellent. This is a perfect place for families or couples who want a lovely relaxing holiday with all you could need, just a short drive away. There are beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The villa is very private, very well furnished and has a wonderful swimming pool within its private secluded garden. All in all, the perfect place for a really great holiday.

This was our first visit to Dalaman as a family and we were blown away from the minute we arrived. Ruyamiz villa has great views of the countryside and is set in a beatiful garden with a terrific swimming pool.
I thoroughly recommend this villa - its very spacious, imaculately furnished with all the mod cons you would hope for. Its ideally situated, if you just want peace and quiet, but equally in a great place if you want to explore what souther turkey has to offer.
The choice of beaches is fantastic and in easy reach with a car. I personally just loved walking up into the hills, through the small villages and finding a local bar/restuarant and just soaking up the atmosphere and great hospitality. But then again, I loved the hussle and bussle of Dalaman market and all the great turkey restuarants which were just amazing value ofr money.
We will certainly be going back to this villa as a family, but recognise its likely to get booked up once the word gets out.

John and I stayed at Ruyamiz for two weeks and I can report that the villa is beautiful and spacious. We had a lovely peaceful break and enjoyed the swimming pool, exploring in a hire car and on bikes. The view from the villa is stunning. I would recommend it to active people who are happy to drive to explore and people who are happy to spend hours by the pool.
We were well looked after during our stay and there was support from the villa manager when required.
