I was having necessary major dental surgery in Altinkum and needed somewhere quiet and comfortable and more importantly with some privacy. Nora assured me this apartment was ideal and would give me the privacy I needed. She was right. The apartment is excellent all round. Home from home and very comfortable and spacious with everything you would need. I always take my own travel hairdryer even if there is one provided as I use a diffuser. I couldnt believe it when I opened the drawer to find the hairdryer complete with diffuser. Thats a first and it just made me smile. Not important to everybody but it was for me and was just another plus. The complex is lovely and the restaurant and bar will be opening all year round. Another big plus is that the dolmus to Didim and Altinkum stops right outside. I cannot fault this apartment in any way and it exceeded my expectations and needs. I have to go back to the dentist in Altinkum in six months time and will be booking this apartment. I wouldnt even go to the trouble of looking for something else. We loved it and also loved the price which took the sting out of the cost of my dental surgery. Pardon the pun. Thanks Nora.

Had a lovely stay only problem was we had to come home. The area is beautiful, very clean and well looked after. Perfect if you want a very relaxing holiday!

Had the apartment for 17 days at the start of May. It was exactly as described on the Villarenters site and the additional information provided by the owner was also accurate. This is a good size apartment in a well managed complex. The area around the complex is very nice with some lovely beaches, bays and restaurants. The people on the complex are very friendly and helpful with accurate information,which makes for an easy holiday . The local buses are frequent, easy and cheap, and stop right outside the complex.
All in all, the apartment was a great holiday base, whether we stayed on the complex or went out for the day.

We rented the appartment late august early september for two weeks and had a really great hoilday , we normally stay altinkum /yesilkent area but this year we went for the area of mavishir .
The appartment was well furnished really clean and was well situated overlooking the pool area . we had the pool to ourselves virtually most days as it was so quiet and peacefull , the pool bar was there for the time of the day when your thirst got the better of you .
Well situated 10 minutes walk to the sleepy village of mavishir with some lovely restaurants and nite market or a 10minute bus ride to altinkum or didim .If you want a peacefull relaxing time then this is the place to go late september and unwind
Nora was great in answering all our mails quickly and the people at the site were helpfull and friendly . Only one negative and that was we had to come back home as we could easily have stayed for a further two to three weeks .
When life is pretty hard in this country it was great to leave all them problems behind and visit a lovely country like Turkey

We’ve been to Turkey 3 times now (in different apartments) and stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks in August. The apartment was lovely and clean and ready for our arrival. From the time we chose this apartment, until the time we left it, any questions or issues we had were dealt with by the owner very promptly and positively. Everyone staying in the complex was very friendly and helpful. The beaches were only a short distance away and the dolmus and free complex bus were easy to use. The local market was excellent. My family and I had a very relaxing holiday.

The property was very clean and quiet and very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful time. It is located in a nice quiet area. The pools were great and we were quite close to some nice beaches. Thank you.

This property is very nice and well worth the money. Our stay was in the beginning of April with nice and warm weather. The pools at he site could have been working, at least one.
Thats our only negative comment. Apart from this we were well recieved and there were no complaints.
