Just come back from and I want to go back!! Ill start with my only niggle which was the distance to and from the shops and nearest "town" - Mavesihir. Its about a 15-20 minute walk and we encountered 45C heat so carrying shopping for 6 was a bit of a toil however nice in a peaceful way. The bus stops where the shops are so wherever you go you have a walk to get there.
The apartment was better than I expected, fully equipped and the pool really was virtually ours, we all loved it. If youve been to Turkey before youll know how cheap it is and therefore excellent value for money whether you are buying food, clothes or gifts.
The local reps were very helpful, friendly and resourceful giving good advice on where to go. There was no washing machine within the advert so was a nice surprise to find one on arrival. If youre looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday then this really is perfect and if you want the hussle of Altinkum and dont mind the walk then its even more so. Thanks so much.

Great little complex. Very quiet and just right for a relaxing holiday. The complex is a short Dolmus ride from the restaurants and within walking distance of a couple of supermarkets.
The pool is very clean as was the whole complex and the apartment was a good size with all the things you need for your holiday. We are a family of four and it suited us perfectly.
This is our first time to Turkey and we are planning to come back in 2012 to Blue Bay and Mavisehir.
David provided good clear instructions, his rep was excellent and very helpful. David recommends Maxitour for transfers and I would agree, we took a private transfer both ways and it was good value.
Would definitely recommend.

This property is situated in a nice quiet area but not too far from local transport services.
The pool is a great view from the lounge and the surrounding garden areas are well maintained by the local groundsman.
Pat and Alan who are the local reps are very helpful and on hand during the stay.
The facilities within the property are as expected from a holiday home, basic but meet the general needs of a family.
The other property owners make you feel so welcome.
The complex could do with its own shop but this as far as we know will come in the near future.........
Overall I would recommend this for a family break of good value..........

We stayed at BlueBay park in July, found it on the net it was impeccably clean, as wa the new complex with a huge swimming pool that was virtually ours!
Mavisehir is just what we wanted a nice, unspoilt part of the Altinkum area its bars and restaurants a noticably cheaper than Altinkums 4 of us eat in a cliffside restaurant with drinks all night for only 㿔!! great value that we dont get in the UK and the Sun 40c!!
But Altinkum is ony 10 mins away with its Nightlife of Bars, restuarants etc..Mavisehir in summer also has night market which we liked as was very reasonanble and fun!
I would thoughly recoomend staying at this Apartment to anyone you will have a great break.

Whilst waiting for our apartment to be completed in Altinkum we found this aprtment to rent for the 2 weeks.
The owner Mr Halligan could not be more helpful from start to finish. The Apartment is in the Mavisehir area of Altinkum, not far from Apollo Temple, Aqua Park etc..
It has all the mod cons aircon, fridge etc.. Large communal Pool and Kids play area also. And on site store opening soon we were informed.Also only 15mins on the dolmus to Altinkum, though most bars come and pick yo up for free also.
We found the aaprtment to be very clean, modern only just built in fact. It was also the best priced we could find in that area, all in all an excellent holiday in a lovely complex.
