Imyself and my girlfriend stayed her mid September and found the apartment block almost empty, which suited us as we constantly had the pool to our selfs 90% of the time, apartment was maintained to a high standard, plenty of towels ect and constant hot water, also very private balcony, only downside was just a bit too much of a walk from gulluck village so is would recommend a car, scooter ect. Defenetly deserves an 8/10, nice little village too.

The high points of this apartment are 1) marvellous views over the sea and 2) lots of space.
The apartment is well-equipped. It was great to have a dishwasher and the only thing were missing were a few more plates. The wifi is a bonus. The agent will take your computer’s mac number and you can then access it. It is not fast and we struggled on some occasion to connect. I would recommend it for a quick check of email.
During our stay the two apartment blocks were scarcely populated which normally means an empty pool. However in practice we found that some people from another complex across the street were using it too. It was never a problem to find an empty sun lounger. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The natural beach is just a few minutes walk down the hill. It was uncatered when we visited and used largely by the local population. There are sunbeds available, too.
The location is outside a small town just 15 minutes away from Bodrum airport. A mini-market is in close proximity for some essentials. You can get around without a car by using the mini-bus service which runs every 60-90 minutes during the day. The local agent can provide you with a timetable. The journey time is less than 10 minutes and the fare was 1.5TL per person in August 2012. In the town you find supermarkets (Migros and Kipa/Tesco) as well as bars, cafes and restaurants.
We would recommend this apartment for people who enjoy a quiet holiday in a well-equipped apartment away from the huzzle and buzzle of other Turkish resorts.

This new apartment is spacious with fantastic views from every window. It has furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. The pool area is set in lovely gardens with views to the sea. There is a local bar/restaurant within 500 metres as is a local shop, which is well stocked for every day essentials. There is a good beach club (Med Inn), within a 20 minute walk. The centre of Gulluk is a good 30 minute walk, however there is a regular Dolmus service which takes 5 minutes!

What an absolute delight, an immaculate apartment with what we believe was the best positioned balcony of all of the apartmentsin the two blocks, with stunning views down to the local beach, shaded breakfasts and sunsets that amazed and kept a teenage girl enraptured every evening before heading out into Gulluk either on the Dolmus or lifts from exceptionallly friendly locals and even a free lift from a returning taxi driver.
The apartments facilities were fantastic, two bathrooms, one en-suite were a god send with two females in tow. We made use of the washing machine, but the cooker and dishwasher saw little action. However we did make good use of the excellent cool blue pool, loungers and parasols.
All of the rooms were spacious and the main balcony larger than expected and sited on the corner of the apartment and therefore not overlooked or next to another balcony, the two other balconies were a bonus too.
Having both bedrooms and the large main living area air-conditioned was a divine luxury.
The local beach is nice, but there is one a little futher away after a 10 minute stroll to Oba or catch the dolmus by the Yasemin mini market which is excellent if you prefer, local and peaceful .
A perfect apartment in a perfect location for a tranquil relaxing holiday with amenities easily accessible.
Would I recommend this apartment ? Of course, although tempted to keep it a secret. We will definately return
