We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The complex has some very nice restaurants and we were provided with a discount card for use during our stay. The apartment is in a quiet part of the complex but easily accessible by car from the top road. Kalkan is a lovely little town with some excellent restaurants, we all came home slightly heavier! We also enjoyed being able to swim in the sea from the private terraces down at the bottom of the complex.
We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a peaceful Turkish holiday.

The patara prince resort where the actual apartment is exceeded my expectations and the lush flowers and trees overlooking the sea provided a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The whole resort is very well maintained and was never too crowded. However, the apartment was only adequate and while it is described as having a shady terrace area, the fact that is a ground floor apartment does not make it very private and there is no view at all. The rooms were a good size but the shower area in the bathroom was badly maintained and the cleaner only came on once during my 10 day stay at the resort. This was not acceptable but as I spent so much time out of the apartment it did not affect me too much.
I would recommend the resort and an apartment with a view of the sea or pool area, not one that is on the ground floor .
I would not recommend this apartment to any of my friends, it is just somewhere to sleep and shower as opposed to some where to relax,

Everything about the holiday was amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable and extremely good value for money. The resort is absolute paradise. Although it was peak season the resort didnt feel over crowed and we still manage to have our privacy. It was lovely having an adults only pool as well. The 25% discount card which comes with the apartments is brilliant. The food at the restaurants the majority of the time is very good, we had one or two lunches which where average but nothing to complain about. The only complaint we had was the mini market which is extremely expensive. I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here, the property was simply furnished, clean and quiet in a secluded corner of an upmarket resort Kalkan is five minute drive away, a pleasant small town with lots of shops and restaurants.wide range of activities to do in the general area.

Excellent location on the Patara Prince Resort, which was absolutely beautiful. The whole resort has amazing sea views and the 3 pools are fantastic and werent over-crowded, even at high season. We also enjoyed swimming in the sea from the swimming platforms. Staff at the resort are very helpful and friendly and the restaurants good quality and value for money. We also enjoyed being pampered at the resort spa and would definitely reccommend a traditional Turkish Bath and massage - we have never felt so clean and relaxed! The appartment itself was excellent value for money - clean and adequate for our needs. It also stayed nice and cool in the 40c heat. It is located at the top of the resort, which is convenient for parking, the shop and the lovely infinity pool. We also enjoyed the pretty walk down to the bottom of the resort and there is always the mini-bus to the top if you prefer the less energetic option! Kalkan itself is a perfect location with very friendly locals, pretty cobbled streets, interesting shops and many excellent restaurants, which arent too pricey. There are plenty of trips available offering visits to places of interest and activities such as diving and boat excursions. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will definitely be back.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was very well equipped and clean and tidy. It was cleaned two/three times in the space of 11 days. The whole resort had lots of things to do and the staff were helpful and friendly. There are many steps to get around the resort but there is a shuttle bus that runs every 15 mins. The resort seems quite expensive to eat and drink but if you are staying there you get a 25% discount so actually works out quite cheap.
Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back to this resort.

We spent two weeks at the Patara Prince resort in August 2007 and loved it. The thing that we found the most beautiful were the grounds of the resort, they were amazing. The scenery, the pools (especially the infinity pool) the views and the sunbathing platforms were wonderful.
The apartment was clean, fairly large and very well situated at the top of the resort near a shop and the infinity pool, even thought is was at the top and a fair way from the sea it did run a shuttle bus from the top to the bottom and back again which took about 2 mins with lovely views. The apartment was most definately value for money. We enjoyed opening the double back doors and eating out breakfast on the patio in the mornings!
The town of Kalkan itself is a lovely place, with stunning view and rooftop restaurants and bars, which was only a very very short (or walkable) taxi ride away.
In fact, such was our love for Kalkan that my girlfriends parent have since booked and enjoyed a 2 week stay in this apartment and we are already making plans for next year.
