We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Island View Villa and reassuringly the property was as described on the website. The view is still breathtaking despite three new build villas which were not built when the google earth shot was taken. Youll need a car into and back from town as its a steep walk back but worth it for the view. Pool and patio areas were spot all in all would recommend.

The villa was beautiful with fantastic views over Kalkan. The pool was very much appreciated as the temperatures hit the 90s. The villa was well equipped and clean. It was spacious enough for a group of 7 people but the only downside was that our 7th adult slept in the small spare room on the top floor on a sofa bed. There was no storage or bedding in there and so she kept her clothes in another room and we used pillows and a duvet from the other rooms. Having said that she managed and it didnt spoil our holiday at all. We would like to thank the owner for the quick and efficient way she dealt with our little technical problems, we couldnt have asked for a better service. The villa is in an elevated position hence the magnificent views so expect a lot of steps and a long uphill walk from town in the evening (or you could just take a taxi!)We had a brilliant family holiday and will definitely be returning to Kalkan in the future.

Absolutely beautiful. Lovely, peaceful location. Very comfortable, very well equipped and plenty of space for the 6 of us. We were really able to make ourselves at home and relax.
The view is stunning - there are 3 newly built villas in front, so not uninterrupted - but nevertherless a fantastic view. The pool is lovely and the hot tub is fun.
The walk down into town is good (15 - 20 minutes) but the walk back is a bit of a challenge as the hills are very steep...however its a small price to pay for the wonderful location (and there are plenty of taxis available!)
We had a fabulous holiday...idyllic! Wish I was still there!!
Kalkan is gorgeous. I hope Ill be back!

This was a fabulous villa - and had everything we needed. The villa was in a great location to overlooking Kalkan and even the walk into town wasnt too bad! The swimming pool was the perfect temperate and the hot tub was an added bonus. Would definately recommend this villa.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this villa. The quality of accommodation is of a high standard, and the location was great. Panoramic views of Kalkan bay, which we were able to see from the whole apartment, including the pool and the hot-tub (both of these added to the holiday too!).
Only a short walk to the town centre, though we spent most of our time in the villa, as it was so amazing! We are hoping to return next year, and would definitely recommend to others.
