What a excellent villa, first the owner could not have been more helpful, very comprehensive information pack emailed to me and even arranged for myself and family to collect the keys at 7.30am!.The villa itself is superbe very spacious great rooms all with aircon and own bathrooms, Kitchen has all you need should you want to cook for yourself (but to be honest its as cheap to eat out, dont be put off by the various internet forums that have you believe the area is expensive, £60 for a PARTY OF FOUR in a harbour side restuarant and we often paid less).
The location of the villa allows you to be away from the main town but also in easy reach either by the water taxi or by road (5 mins tops).
3 or 4 placees to eat in walking distance (try BOBS) and a couple off mini markets. Would recormend this villa to everyone and also the area in general.
Once again thanks for a great holiday.

The villa is in an excellent position situated above the Kalkan beach club and offers great views of the bay. A car is essential due to its positioning at the top of a steep hill. The villa itself was very clean and tidy. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor were a good size and the top floor room was huge, although the ceiling was very low. Another thing to point out was the top room had no curtains and did get very very hot.
The outside area was clean and tidy and although the pool wasnt overly big, it was kept clean during our visit.
The only negative point was that we were without water for the last two days, due to work being carried out which did put a downer on our stay.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we will almost certainly be returning to Kalkan sometime in the future.
Owner reply:
We just want to point out that the unfortunate cut off in the water was due to works nothing to do with the villa. We do have a tank which mitigates such problems. However, it was not enough this time. When the work on the main road near Patara is finished, we do hope and expect that such problems will cease.

The villa was very good value for money
It is not actually in the main town but this can be an advantage as the area is quiet but there are a few very good restaurants very nearby. A car would be an advantage athough the facilities of a water taxi is available form the nearby beach club which travels to the main town across the bay.
We received excellent communications from the owners and we received the services of the local agent.
We would recommend this villa to our friends

The villa was in an excellent position, with stunning views of the bay. Very spacious with lots of different levels, excellent for a large family travelling together. Lots of peace and privacy as the villa is situated on a large plot. We will definitely return.

Very lovely villa with fantastic views, would recommend a 4x4 vehicle due to the terrain, but well worth it for the views. The local representitive was at hand at any time for any queries and was very helpful. Kalkan is a beautiful town with fabulous restaurants, would definitely holiday here again and rent the same villa.

Very spacious pleasant villa great balcony for dining out on - beautiful views. We were very well looked after by company rep. Kalkan is an interesting town with good restaurants and shops. Villa is on a very steep hill, a car is essential not suitable for anyone with poor mobility - lots of steps
