We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the villa. The information was extremely explanatory and we felt very comfortable throughout our whole stay. It is close to the beach and the pool was clean and everything is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa itself is simply furnished, but it is far nicer and more spacious than the photos would suggest: it was easily big enough for the 6 of us. And it was great having a pool a few yards away!
The best thing was the location, which was perfect. Its in a quiet area, but the beach is just around the corner, with bars and restaurants facing the sea. Theres a small supermarket and other shops close by.
A ride into town takes about 10 minutes in a minibus, which pass by every couple of minutes.
All in all, a great place to stay!

WE had a fab time. The pictures on your website does not do it justice, our daughters made great use of the pool. It was nice to have the pool so close by as the beach became quite crowded very quickly.. As the villa was so spacious we did not need any air con. . We will definitely go again. The communication between you and us was very good from the onset.
We would highly recommend your villa.

My self and 4 friends stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in august and loved every minute of it . The photos of the villa do not show how nice it really is, it was much bigger and looked better when we arrived then what it shows in the pictures. The location of the villa could not have been better, it is literally a minute walk from everything you need - the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. It is a quiet area and the people in the other villas where very friendly. I would defenitly stay in the villa again and tell friends about it . Thanks Rodney

The location for this villa made it the perfect get-a-way for beach lovers! Only a 5 minute walk to shopping, beach, groceries, doctor, phones, and bus or taxi service. Bus and taxi availability made it unnecessary for car rental. Many sight seeing options close by. Property manager, Danny, was wonderful! Even took care of our lost luggage problem. Villa is well equipped and we had plenty of room for our group of six. Watermelon and water trucks rolled by our door every day for purchase if desired.
Owner had great communication with us all throughout the process. This is our second time renting this particular villa and highly recommend it to all.

The property was clean and welcoming. With enough clean towels and bedding to accomadate the party. Would have liked more sun lounges on the roof terrace,but this would not stop me going again or recommending it to some one else.it was in very easy walking distance to the beach, bars and resturants. The food was good although we found spirts and wine in all of the bars ect very expensive. But again this would not stop me going again. Excellent hoiliday overall.

ihave just returned from turkey and really enjoyed my stay. my family and i found the villa was very spacious and clean. it is in a great location just minutes from ladies beach. The complex was lovely with an excellent swimming pool and childrens pool. the only critism i have about the villa is the lack of air conditioning in the twin rooms, however, fans were provided. i would recommend this villa to anyone with a family or large group of friends, and will certainly book it again next year.

The location of the villa was excellent and met all expectations, we spent 8 beautiful days being a party of 6 adults and 1 year olds.

Communication was excellent thru the entire process. Villa's appearance upon arrival was better than expected. Description was accurate and extra amenities very adequate. Our group of 4 adults and 2 young children had a wonderful time.

We spent 10 lovely days in this villa being a party of 4 adults and 2 16 year olds the villa is in a very friendly complex being within walking distances of bars and resturants

We booked this villa as it was very near to ladies beach, where we have been many times before. The location of the villa was excellent. We were disappointed with the air conditioning. We assumed that it would have been in all rooms but was only in the lounge and the double bedroom on the top floor. Hence the first floor which has three bedrooms had no a.c. The manager was quick to provide us with fans the next day though.
We experienced a problem with the cooker but was dealth with promptly and effieciently.
It would have been ideal if we were provided with instructions on how to use the appliances, e.g. washing machine, tv, satelite, etc. Clean towels and linen were provided. I know it is a villa but it would be nice to have somebody come in to clean it every other day and to wash and change the linen. A vacuum cleaner would have been ideal as well.
The swimming pool was shared by the other vistors of the complex. There are no sun loungers and you cannot really say if dogs have drunk from it at night as it is left uncovered. There is an excellent beach club up the road though which we were able to use for a fee.
Overall, I would recommend this property.
