We had warm holiday in Kusadasi. Villa was nice (in this price), but in first october pool, bar and shop was closed. It disturbed us in beginning. SiteManager opened the pool third day after we protested.
The description on webbsite need correction: map shows wrong place, please search in Google map

In roof terrace was no sunbeds nor table. 9 year Stella had nice time in gardenterrace with cats and dogs.
The shops (Tansas, Micros) was in walking distance, if it isnt too hot to walk, also lovely Ladies Beach, but Dolmus is easier.

We would like to thank Donna for a great stay.
Contrary to the previous review we found the Villa had everything needed and a friendly neighbour on hand to make sure all was o.k.
The only problem we had was the patio door key was missing which we assume the previous occupants now have in Ireland. The problem was sorted within an hour by having a new lock fitted.
We found the pool area exceptional, very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. There was also easy access into town by way of the local bus, which seemed to be always there whenever required.
We would highly recommend this Villa, and would bot hesitate to go back.

im so grateful to the renters of this lovley home me and my family really enjoyed it the swimming pool area with bar and the internet cafe also food was ideal round pool, the kids loved it,ill definitly consider booking again it was a true home frome home thankyou once again for a super holiday scott and family.

well i dont no were to start with the villa, i loved every second i was stayin there and didnt want to leave when it came to coming home. it was better than what i had expected. very clean, beautiful furnisher and great garden. i do highly recomend this villa if you are either a family or a couple wanting to visit the gorgeous resort of kusdasi. Also the swimming pool is really big and very clean. i really enjoyed my stay and hope to visit agen sometime next year, thank you.

This was a very nice villa, we enjoyed our stay here. Interior of villa, and furniture was very good. Air conditioning work fine, but room at top floor doesnt have one, its being hot there. Max 6 people is recommended for this villa.
In the beginning we had hard time finding the villa, but after we found it weve learned the surroundings. Its very close to pool, but beach is not close. You need to go by car or bus to beach. Ladies Beach and Kusadasi is great.
Overall I recommend this villa to anyone who wants to spend some time in Kusadasi.

nice clean spacious property. A little ou of the way , but with easy acess to bus. Very qiuet at night so very suitable for families. Nice large clean pool.

Our party consisted of three adults and five children, we thought this was a lovely villa, a true home from home. The villa is situated in a well cared and established site where most of the properties are privately owned by local familes who spend the summer holidays there. The swimming pool is fantastic, it is very clean, it is large so it is never crowded, and there is also a safe shallow pool for children up to ten years old. You can buy fresh bread from the shop on site as well as your basic products, but there are also two large supermarkets a bus ride away. The minibus service which picks up from the site is excellent, it comes every 5 minutes and stops near Ladies Beach, supermarkets and town. I would like to thank Donna, the owner, for all the help that she gave us prior and during our holiday, thanks to her we were able to have a memorable family reunio n in this lovely and spacious villa.

I have just checked out the reviews left by renters for this villa, I was shocked to see the last reveiw as i myself have rented this villa for 2 weeks last year and i am on this website again to book up for this villa for this year. Last time we went myself and my family were overjoyed when we arrived there as it was very beautiful and better than we had expected. It was very clean, it felt like home to us and we had never even been to turkey before. This was all due to the fact that the villa was cosy, clean and set on a beautifull complex with stunning views from the roof terrace. It was lovely. The owner were also very courteous when we booked up and contatced them a few times for information they were very down to earth people and they helped us in anyway they could. I would just like to thank you again for letting us rent from you and i cant wait to book up again with use for later this year. I have just left this reveiw myself because has i have already said i am very shocked to see the last reveiw that was made. P.S i have reccomended your villa to all my friends and family also :)

I just want to say thankyou for letting me stay in this beautiful villa, i went in april of 2008 and although the swimming pool was closed as it doesnt open untill may, i really enjoyed just relaxing and visiting the many restaurants, bars and shops. i would really recomend this to either families or couples going for a quiet break. The bus service from the site was great, buses run every 10 minutes and are always on time. It is only a few minutes ride to the beutiful Ladies beach and 10 minutes to the town centre. I will be definetly coming back to Kusadasi and renting this Villa, Thanks Alot, Jo, Jason, Jordan, Jodie, Jade & Jamie

Ive rented the villa twice now for me and my family exellent swimming pool for kids,plenty of room in the villa i recommend this lovley villa to anyone and the prices are great.be there again in july sue and racheal garrett and family.

the villa was great beautiful inside and out,the pool was amazing didnt have to leave site during the day because every thing you need is there bar shop food available all you need for a great holiday.Buses are right on site to take you acouple of minutes away to the bars and restaurants of ladies beech or the town centre were you can visit the many shops bars and restaurants cant wait till i go back!
