Spacious apartment with 2 balconies close to a supermarket and restaurants

First floor apartment in quiet location, yet still close to the town centre, which is a 10 minute walk.

The apartment has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Double and 1 Single. Each bedroom has Winter and Summer Bedding with plenty of storage and a free standing fan.

The bathroom has a Shower / Bath and in the cupboards you will find plenty of towels, a couple of beach towels, an iron, the ironing-board is stored in the other WC, which is in the hall-way.

The Kitchen and Lounge is open-plan. The Kitchen has all the necessary equipment, washing-machine, cooker, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster.

In the lounge there is an Air-Con unit which is a dual system (Hot / Cold). There is plenty of seating, with each sofa able to turn into a sofa-bed, a TV and DVD. In the draw next to the TV, there is an information pack which contains details about the apartment, places to visit and menu's from various restaurants.

From the lounge you can access both balconies which over look the garden and pool. Here you will found a patio set for four, and a couple of sun-lounges.

Next to the complex is a children's playing area, which backs onto The Golden Day Hotel. This is also where you will find a Telephone Box, where you can also catch the bus into town, which is less than a 5 minutes drive.

There is a small shop a couple of minutes walk which has great bread and they will deliver groceries to the apartment if you ask. If you continue down the road pass the shop and head towards the Marina, you will find a supermarket (Migros). When you get to the Marina, you turn left and can walk into town passing plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and banks.

I ask that all renters consider the other people in the complex and keep the property clean and tidy when they vacate.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
