A very comfortable property with everything that you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Good access to local restaurants and shops (a minutes walk) which are very nice, and a short taxi ride or twenty five minute walk to the Old Town which is awash with historical ruins and temples. You can walk to the beach in ten to fifteen minutes and there are a number of activities on offer, both at the beach and from the local agents who offer boat trips, jeep safari etc.
You even get a birds eye view of the camels next door! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the local people very helpful and welcoming - a nice family location.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic with plenty of space for every one in our party. The pool was our favourite place, it was absolutely clean and well maintained. Mete was brilliant, he was always on hand to deal with our car hire. The Crown bar was our favourite and had fantastic fresh orange juices , beers and English breakfasts.ra

Lovely villa.Lovely pool. There was a camel outside on a field which was a bit of a shock when we arived.Facilities were good and what you would expect.Near by supermarket and restaurants and town centre is waliking distance but easier to drive or get a cab in hot weather.Baby pool is handy and food in restaurants is good and some lovely kebabs.

We once again had a great holiday in this beautiful apartment.
It’s clean and very well maintained.
It’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The management team (Mete & Adnan) were always on hand to deal with our needs such as car hire or excursions.
The beach was a big favourite with the kids as was the pool.
We’re already planning to return later in the year.

Absolutely first class! we spent 4 weeks in this villa, a real home from home.

The appartment is lovely, with plenty of space and good air conditioning. However, we had a few difficulties. Firstly, we had no linen including bedding and towels for two days (due to the ill health of the managing agent), our gas ran out half way through cooking a meal (but it was replaced very quickly), there was no welcome pack telling us where places of interest were in relation to the appartment and we were not able to contact the managing agent very easily at the beginning. That said, once contacted he was very helpful.
The Turks are wonderfully friendly and the nearby restaurants and bars are lovely. The nearest beach is 15 mins walk away but certainly worth the walk. The pool is small but well maintained and since there are only 4 appartments in the block -it never felt crowded. My recommendations would be that a dishwasher be fitted instead of the washing machine, a good welcome pack be produced in a file in English including a map of the area, restaurant recomendations, details of how to get to the beach both by bus and by foot and the collection of (up to date) leaflets with offers and prices re excursions. We were able to find all of that information out (from the managing agent) eventually but would have liked to have had the information to hand when we arrived.

I was very pleased with the property, it gave our party a good base to explore the surrounding area. The property is in a quite area, but there are local bars that provide food, and markets for the basics. The beach is about 20 mins away, but there is a free bus, that runs all day.

A very good property for a party of 4-7 people including children. Just a couple of unpleasant surprises: leaking Jacuzzi, torn blanket, rusty handles. Mostly small things. Ah, the beach is not too far but getting there on foot would not be a good idea, especially with small children. A car is probably a must.

Lovely apartment, photos do not do it justice, very modern and clean with all amenities (washing machine, kettle, etc, etc). Plenty of space, lovely balconies, rooms air-conditioned. Highly recommended and Mete was very helpfull on arrival.
Beach is a 20min stroll, little awkward with a buggy as there are very few pavements in that direction. However, plenty of free bus shuttles available.
The cot was usefull, wish I had known about it before taking ours over. A stairgate for the children (due to the stone steps) would of been helpfull.
Overall, Excellent.

We had a great time. This was our third visit to Side (our seventh to Turkey). The apartment was nice located outside Side town with shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would not recommend walking to the beach, but the beach clubs offers transport for free, that is perfect.
The kitchen could definitely have been cleaner on arrival. We would recommend a dishwasher instead of a washing machine.
We only got one set of towels and had to use the same the whole week. No small hand towels either. A local representative came to the house on our third day and we asked for an extra set of towels. He said there should have been two sets and promised to deliver them the next morning, but he never came.

This is a beautiful apartment and we had a wonderful week, partly because there was no one else in the building so we had the pool etc all to ourselves. Initially we were a bit concerned that we were out of the main area of Side but in fact the apartment is well situated for the beach (walk 10 mins) and a taxi to the old town is 10 tl or a 20 minute walk. One of our party had a broken foot so it was taxis everywhere for us, or the free beach buses that pass frequently. Loved it, loved it, loved it and would definitely come back. Thanks Roy and Maggie.

The Villa was beautiful and was accurately described on the review. The beach is a 10 minute slow walk away which we did every day - do-able with a pushchair too.
Restaurants were lovely, all of the staff were so wonderful and especially with my 15 month old daughter... they were excellent - if she was awake whilst we were having our food, they would take her to take orders etc or would push her round her round to get her off to sleep - I have never had so many hot meals with the family - they were just so wonderful and made the holiday extremely special.
The beach was lovely - we met some lovely people who all gave advise and recommendations which was nice, Sidem Beach Restaurant was lovely - the waiter was great with my daughter and would set up sun beds if there were not some near where her friends were - my daughter loved the waiters.
Excellent holiday, would most defeintely go back next year! Thank you to Roy and Maggie for sharing their home with us.

There was 5 teenagers and a small child with us in our party so we had to have somewhere ideal for everyone and this was definately the perfect villa for that. The kiddie pool attached to the big pool was a godsend the kids spent hours in there. The beach isnt far away but i wouldnt advise walking get the free bus service, the treatment at the beach was fantastic the guys there really look after you. The people are so friendly. There are plenty of restaurants to go to, our favourite was the Amelda Bar we were treated like family all the kids loved it there.
Mete the agent for the villa took us to the supermarket and showed us where places were he really made sure we had everything we needed. Fantastic holiday and i would definately recommend it to others brilliant value for money.

We were 3 different families who came & went over a period of 3 weeks. The transfer service was excellent & the villa more than big enough for all of us. It was very clean & the pool & garden well maintained. Although in a quiet part of town everything you need is still on the doorstep. The people who manage the property were fabulous, very helpfull & proved invaluable when 1 of our party had to attend hospital for an ear infection. This property was excellent value for money & I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend it. Side is lovely & the locals very friendly. Book & enjoy!

The villa was exactly what we required for our holiday and the location was perfect. The free bus service to the beach was an added bonus. Jack and the lads at the Imparator Beach bar made our holiday for us. We will be going back

From the off the Holiday was top notch. The transfer/pickup service was faultless, ontime, clean, friendly and air conditioned. The Apartment is spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable. The local Managment team are also excellent and full of usefull local knowledge, i never felt that they were looking out for their own kickbacks. The local resturants were great and friendly without being overbearing. The Hawain is cheap with very good food and only 300M away for a posh night out Connies is all clean linin excellent service for about £20 per head for a four course meal wine beer and coffee's! The Apartment is about 1/2 a mile from the quiet beech with a free taxi to one of the bars. The old town is ancient and hectic during the day with a cool feel at night. Resturants to suit all pockets the mexican by the bay is well worth a visit see connies. Also try the Side Hotel 200M away for a Turkish bath a bit worrying for the fellas for the first five minutes then great mud pack and all. Just opposite is a small barbers for a proper cutthroat shave well worth the £3.50. Local shops well stocked and Apartment well equiped. Swimming pool is a God send for the kids whilst everybody's faffing and just good fun and a sun trap in anycase.

On arrival the apartment seems to be in a rather perculiar location but you soon realise that it is probably the best part of Side.
It is close to a fabulous beach and has local shops and bars all within walking distance with none of the worst aspects of tourism, i.e. wall to wall sun loungers and bars competing to make the most noise as can be experienced if that is what you want.
The apartment is very large and airy, and well cared for. The building and gardens are also well cared for, by a very friendly bunch of people who can help you with everything that you may need to asked for
The shared pool is a must for August and again is clean and well cared for
If I was to make any criticism it would be that when I was there it was evident that not many had been there before so little things needed attention, i.e. no bedside lamps, sun loungers but fantastic value for money and well worth a visit and no doubt those one or two gremlins have now been rectified!

My Wife and I stayed in this apartment along with my son, his wife and our three teenage grandchildren.
There was plenty of room for everyone, and the décor is very nice. The kids spent most of their time in the lovely pool. Whilst My wife and I spent many hours wandering around the Roman ruins in Side. All in all a most enjoyable holiday. I would recommend it to anyone.

4 friends and I stayed in this apartment for a week and had a fabulous time.
The apartment itself is beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. The pool in the complex is great and we spent many hours soaking up the sun and swimming.
And a special thanks to Adnan and Mete (the property managers) who kindly helped us out a few times while we were there.
All our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends!

The property is spacious and all the rooms are well furnished. With 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 good sized bathrooms there is plenty of room for getting ready to go out.
We have stayed in many villas and appartments and this one is one of the best.
We'll definitely be back.****
