Hi Christine, What a fantastic holiday my Husband I had. I must say the photos of the apartment do not do it justice, its spacious excellently equipped even down to your own sun beds and parasols, which wouldnt have been an issue as the pool area was never crowded. The fact that the communal areas were never busy was a bonus to us (not that we are miserable and didnt want to speak to anyone) but it was so relaxing knowing we could go down to the pool or the gym anytime and knew there would space. At times it was like it was just our own gym and pool such luxury. The whole week we were there including trips we never came across any other English people Im sure there would have been some in area because we dro pped a couple off in the taxi, but again this made the holiday so much more enjoyable conversing with the Turks and getting to know them. The staff at the Korna Cafe were genuinely welcoming,lovely friendly young men i have missed them since being home. We also walked to the beach and into Side the distance for us was an enjoyable walking time we have said next time we come we will hire a couple of bikes as the roads are not busy and the traffic drive at a a slower speed than us. One of the best holidays we have had. And the apartment and complex was the major factor. And knowing we had a cool comfortable relaxing base to return to made the 37 degree temperature bearable and even enjoyable. Plus we can recommend the Haman (Turkish bath) at the Miami Hotel leaflet in the apartment it was fantastic and the staff again so freindly and welcoming We didnt feel self conscious at all. Hi Christine
From our family of six I would like to say thank you so much for the use of your apartment. You never know whether the real thing is going to be as good as shown in the pictures in this case it was even better!
This was our first trip to Turkey and didn’t realise how it is in August 32 – 39 degrees every day! Lovely stuff and thank God for the air condition system. It is definitely necessary for us Brits.
Just a few highlights:
As we ate in for lunch and dinner at times, the fully loaded kitchen was just the thing. The gas oven was a little confusing initially but after that it was just like being at home.
Our kids absolutely loved the ‘Chicken nugget’ shaped pool as my 9 year old described it. They must have swum every day and it was handy that the pool was easily in view from apartment so we could watch the kids from balcony.
The gym was a cool bonus for me as it allowed me to keep up my workouts while on hols.
We weren’t sure if there was internet, but luckily Durson helped us connect to the Fast wired broadband connection. This enabled us to keep in touch with folks back home without needing to pay expensive mobile phone charges. We must say a special thanks to Durson the evening security guy because he’s like the walking yellow pages of Side.
This was a really enjoyable holiday and having the use of your very nice apartment played a large part in that. We will happily recommend the apartment to any friends or family who plan to visit the area and look forwardto visiting again in the future.

We would highly recommend this to anyone! This apartment is extremelly spacious and well equipped. It is very clean and modern. The pool area is ideal for families, couples or individuals. The staff and the security were always extremelly helpfull and polite. Communication with the owner is excellent, who provided lots of information prior and during our visit.
This was an overall great experience.

the accomodation and surroundings were excellent and my husband and i would go back again, site was secure air conditioning in apartments plus all utilities were there just like home from home enjoyed it immensely swimming pool was great plus beds at side of pool and the fact that there was a bus put on which took you to the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas balcony looked onto pool where we ate quiet meals one or two evenings plus breakfasts security guard was very helpful a most enjoyable vacation was had and hope to return to it again next year it was so good it made you think about purchasing property in the area

We would like to thank to Christine for our nice holiday.We stayed here a month and we like it.
When we came we saw that an apartment and the complex was more better than on photos.Big kitchen,comfortable sitting room with balcony and very good beds.
There is wonderful garden and large beautiful swimming pool with lights in the evening.
The free beach bus take us on the beach every day.
Security guy was very helpful.
We want to come here on next year.

I want to thank you for the lovely review in words, however it has not been reflected in the scoring.
I would like to know why you have reviewed my apartment at Good for Value, instead of more than excellant?
Whilst I was there last week, I discovered that the other apartments were being rented at £350.00 per week, you paid £654 for the whole month, for 4 of you. I consider that excellant for value.
And I also discovered that my apartment is alot larger than others that have 2 bed rooms.

The property is really nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of renting it. The owners have really thought of everything you need. The pool is very clean and the same depth in all parts. There is a kiddies pool alongside it. There is security on the gate to the complex so it is safe 24/7. Overall we had a great time.

WE STAYED FOR TWO WEEKS IN SEPTEMBER AND THE WEATHER WAS IN THE LOW 30'S EVERY DAY.
THE APPT ITSELF WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN ,IT WAS HOME FROM HOME IT WAS SPOTLESS ALL THE MOD CONS WERE THERE.
A NICE ROOMY BALCONY WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS GREAT BEDS VERY COMFY WITH THE BEST AIR CON EVER GRACING THE WHOLE APPT .
THE LOCAL HANDYMAN WAS SUPER HE COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU.
THE POOL AREA WAS SUPERB FOR ADULTS AND KIDS ALIKE AND THE GARDENS WERE IMMACULATE.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK THIS APPARTMENT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and well appointed. It had everything you could conceivably need. The complex was super. The pool was spotless and a good size. The gardens were extremely well mantained. We understand that further developments are planned for the near future - a pool bar, restaurant and shop are to be added. The security guy/caretaker was really helpful and obliging. The Side region is a more traditional area of Turkey. The local people are friendly and hospitable. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

I think I was the first to use this property, and not sure what to expect, my first impression was that I had walked into Dr. Who's Tardis. The size of the dining/lounge and kitchen area was more than adequate, and this was with the balcony furniture tidily stored in a corner.
The apartment was well appointed, and there was nothing forgotten, took a moment to find the washing machine hidden in the cupboard, but it was there, along with everything else to make for an easy, relaxing stay.
The bathroom with a bath and shower attachment and a separate walk in shower, toilet, sink and plenty of hot water was beautifully tiled throughout. The twin bedroom is not a box room, with plenty of storage too, the main bedroom was again deceptively large, and with a very good sized bed and comfortable mattress.
The air conditioning worked well, although with the doors to both balconys open, created a wonderful warm breeze throughout. The pool, the grounds and general up keep of the grounds was immaculate and I shall certainly be staying again. Thanks
