luxury huge 4 bedroom duplex apartment on a lovely quiet clean urbanisation

We chose to buy this apartment because it was built to a very high spec by a reputable developer and we knew the location was perfect. We have a beautifully fitted German kitchen with granite worktops including dishwasher and washing machine. A huge air conditioned duplex apartment with a large bathroom and double bedroom on the main floor and another 2 large bedrooms plus a huge bathroom on the upstairs floor. There is also a children's bedroom off the master bedroom with bunk beds and a wardrobe. With 3 wonderful terraces - enjoy eating outside or laying in the sun from the bedroom terrace. Only a short walk to the beach, the bars and restaurants yet wonderful to walk back home to the tranquility of the apartment and complex. Catch a dolmus to the Side Roman ruins or Side Old Town. A wonderful pool to enjoy during the day in the sun and a small paddling pool for toddlers - once you have been here you will want to come time and time again. Very comfortable. Lovely area, great management service in place. Fantastic communal gardens and pool. The local area is lovely with only a short walk to amenities, beach and dolmus bus stops. Lounge has satellite TV and the American style open plan kitchen and granite breakfast bar and worktops allows you to cook and socialise at the same time!
