General Information

The apartment is situated on the first floor in a small, newly-built complex nestled amongst mandarin and lemon trees. There are two pools, an adult's and a children's paddling pool.

Property information

From the main living area there are stunning views of both the surrounding hills and the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a twin and a double, which both have balconies from which to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There are also two bathrooms, with shower, wc and hand basin. The large living area is open plan incorporating a kitchen and dining area. It comfortably seats four although the dining table can be extended further if necessary. The lounge area also has a coffee table, bookcase, CD/MP3 player and two sofa-beds to enable up to 8 people to use the accommodation if required. There is a large balcony with dining furniture and outdoor lighting which overlooks the pools. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic requirements such as cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils and electric blender. There is also a toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, 4-ring hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The apartment is air-conditioned in the living area and the master bedroom and there is a fan for use in the second bedroom. Towels and linen are provided although we would request that you bring your own beach towels. We have provided a pop-up bubble travel cot with zip-up mosquito net. This is suitable for babies up to 2 years old. Cot sheets are not provided.

Surrounding area

The property is only a 10 minute walk to the seafront where there are excellent restaurants which serve locally produced food. The nearest grocery store is located 2 minutes away on the main road. There is a larger supermarket (Migros) on the sea-front road on the way to Yalikavak centre. Yalikavak itself is a 20 minute walk where there is a Thursday market, seafront cafes and restaurants and a pedestrianised shopping area. The bus station is located near to the market with frequent buses to the surrounding villages in the area, as well as Bodrum centre. The Turkish equivalent of Tescos (Kipa) is a 15 minute car drive away.
