The property was really excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. The views from any room are spectacular and it was such a pleasure just to sit outside to eat overlooking the bay just watching the ships coming and going. The gardener and his family are really nice and the only time we seen them was to tidy the villa or to bring us some home cooked treats. Everything you could possibly need is catered for at the villa and the location is close enough to be able to walk into the centre of yalikavak as long as you dont mind walking up/down the hills that are inescapable really. Over all I cant fault the villa the location or the service. I would definitely stay here again as we had such a pleasant time.

After a nightmare 7 hour delayed flight from Gatwick and our car hire not being at the airport to meet us, we were met at the villa by the lovely caretakers (who had to get out of bed at 4.30am cos of the delay). They opened the massive wooden dorrs to the property and all our troubles were forgotten it was like walking into Paradise! The villa was like a palace, very well equipped and clean, the swimming pool was fantastic, and views were to die for ! Couldnt get enough of this place we will be back !! We were looked after really well by the caretakers and were even given their car to drive until ours was delivered by the hire company. The owner of the property was also extreemly helpful and professional. Fab time !!!

wir waren im mai 2012 in dieser villa für 2wochen und es war wie himmel auf erden, die lage ist einfach toll , super aussicht und sehr ruhig. wir konnten uns sehr entspannen. vorallen der stadtteil yalikavak ist ein sehr zu empfählender gegend, kaum massenturismus und auch keine riesen hotells da kann man in ruhe die natur und urlaub geniessen. und wenn man doch in die stadt fahren will ist es auch nicht sehr weit ca. 15km entfernt. ich finde für leute die nur ruhe wollen ist dieser der richtige. auch ist das haus nicht einzusehen da es rundherum freigelände ist und teilweise mit begrünter wand. doch ist ein fahrzeug zu empfählen da es sehr steile passagen zu bewältigen ist. das haus ist dehr geräumig da haben locker 6 personen platz. auch die ausstatung ist optimal angefangen von handtüchern bis um besteck selbst salz zucker ist vorhanden man braucht eigendlich nur seine kleidung und ein wenigt nahrungsmittel die man in den wochenmarkt für gutes geld erwerben kann. schon jetzt weiss ich wohin unser urlaub geht bis zum nächsten mal.

Beautiful spacious villa in wonderful setting overlooking the bay. Well looked after by helpful but unobstrusive couple maintaining the villa nearby. Close enough to walk into the town about 1/2 mile, though car recommended for steep hill back! Quiet and peaceful setting with wonderful views overlooking friendly and attractive small town. Pictures do not do the villa justice, We were very happy to have chosen it.

The villa is located on the lower hills surrounding Yalikavak and has stunning views across the bay. The grounds are well maintained with a lovely pool and lots of seating areas for dining al fresco. The villa itself is well designed, well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The villa is fully air conditioned upstairs with units in each bedroom - very welcoming in July/August and fans downstairs. We had a lovely two weeks at the villa and enjoyed the Yalikavak area with the beach, restaurants and shops not too far away.

The employees are very nıce and frıendly, to assıstate the guests.

We had such an amazing time. Way beyond our expectations which were already pretty high. The welcome packet. The food. The service. Your recommends. Everything was fantastic. To put it simply, you get all five stars.
We all love it. Hopefully we'll be back there next summer. So please don't sell the house. Take care.

Everything was beyond our expectations. We usually prefer Yalikavak in our
holidays because it is a quiet location on the peninsula.But this house is in
the best location with great views I ever rented and still it was at a walking
distance down to the marina and best fish restaurants in the region. Most of
the time we stayed at the villa enjoyed the private pool. I like photography
and recently purchased a new camera, and the place offered me lots of
opportunities to try it. We will definitely come back next year.

A beautiful villa, far better than the photos suggest and fully serviced with a gardener and cook, which I was not expecting. Everything was catered for and the view from the infinity pool over Yalikavak was terrific. Extremely comfortable, and one of the best I have ever rented, so much so that we rarely left the place. A really enjoyable week.
