We arrived at the villa on the 9th of September 2011 and we stayed for ten nights. My boyfriend and I wanted a lovely quiet relaxing holiday and we were more than impressed with this villa. It was extremely peaceful at night time it was just what the doctor ordered. The gardens at Olive Gardens are also really lovely and very well kept, Mustafa and the owners of the villas and apartments do a great job. The pool during the day was absolutely fantastic, we basically had the pool to ourselves it was great to chill and sunbathe at. Its also very close to the supermarket that sells evertything you could get, so this was handy to stock up on the effes beer which my boyfriend would recommend to anyone who has not tried it. The villa is close to Yalikavak its only a ten minute bus ride on the dolmus and its great value at just 2 lira. The bus dro ps you right outside the supermarket so its very close to the villa, you acn also get a taxi aswell its a bit more expensive but still very reasonable. The town has some lovely bars we would recommend the Sandima and the Rahat, they have some brill nights of karaoke. There is also alot of restaurants that cater for all needs from seafood to steaks whatever you could fancy and the waiters/waitresses could not do enough for you they were so pleasant and helpful. We want to say a big thank you to Alan And Cath who live next door to my aunt violets villa, they were fantastic and were also there if we needed a bit of help with anything. We would recomment this villa 100% to anyone thats looking a brill holiday and that wants to chill during the day with the beautiful surroundings. We had a fab time. Thank you Violet & Tom. xo

The property and facilities were excellent and everything we expected and fulfilled our needs for our 10 and 13 year old children. Mustafa and his family we more than helpful. We had a fabulous first week but were then disappointed on the second when the owner of the villa adjoining ours let his son and six of his rowdy mates who had no consideration for anyone else on the complex and kept us awake until 5.30 am most nights, which was not as described that it was suitable for couples and families as we also heard from other owners that some of the other villas let hen parties on so be warned. It was also not as close to yalikavak as we thought a 15 min ride on dolmus not walkable. If you are prepared to take the risk of all male/female groups then a lovely villa and complex.

I can only say - Fantastic!! We had such a wonderful, relaxing time. Having never experienced a villa holiday, we really did not know what to expect - we didnt need to worry. My 3 children (2, 5 and 10), all said this was the best holiday they ever had - and weve been on plenty!
Tom, was very hands on from the moment we booked, exceptionally helpful with information, always at the end of the phone for the most simplest enquiry.
The Villa was extremely clean, very nicely furnished with all culinary tools etc. The complex was well cared for and lovely pool. A supermarket over the road - no need for a car unless you wanted to go further afield.
Yalikivak only 5 mins drive away was lovely to go and eat in the evening, although we BBQd some nights.
Cathy and Allan who live there permenantly were really lovely, as was Mustafa who takes care of the small development.
We rented a Gullet/boat for 2 days and had a wonderful time.
I highly recommend for anyone wanting a no fuss/stress free holiday, and everything at your fingertips.
Will definately be going again and have recommended it to many friends.
Thank you Tom and Violet - a really great holiday.

We stayed in this fabulously well equipped and comfortable villa for 2 weeks with our 2 year old and four and a half year old sons. We cannot express how wonderful the villa, pool and people were in Yalikavak. The Yalikavak stirip with bars and restaurants is about 10 mins in car and has all you will need. The people are amazingly friendly, I cannot recommend Turkey, Yalikavak and this wonderful villa enough - we will definately return next year.
Many thanks to Mustaffa and his family at Olive Gardens - they were very hospitable!!

The villa and compound are excellent. Would definitely recommend it. Especially if you, like us, are travelling with small children. Yalikavak is one of the nicest villages in the Bodrum area. And its location is ideal to discover around (car is a must). Would definitely recommend visit to Gumusluk, Kucukbuku, boat tour and if you like sailing/windsurfing you can rent hourly or daily from the sailing club across the bay.

Tom, thanks for all your help. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. The villa was what we had hoped for, and it was very well furnished. We found the villa very clean and well put together, complete with all bed linen and towels. People in the town of Yalikavak are very friendly. We met many local Turkish people, and learned a few words. We hope to remember them for our next trip. We had great food at the local restaurants, and we ordered local Turkish food as you recommended, the food was great. I wish I could live there. It's hard to think of a better and more relaxed place for a holiday. The pool was fantastic and right outside are door, we also had a waterpark only 10 minutes drive away, which was great for adults and kids, though most days we had the pool to ourselves and it was hard to leave it. We also went horse riding which was really good and like most things in Turkey really great value. We expecially enjoyed the balcony on the villa in the evenings, sitting having a few drinks before we headed out to the town. This villa is great for couples or a familly, and i will definitley be back. Never been anywhere twice but i will have to break that rule now. Best to hire a car to get the most out of the area, should you want anymore pictures or info please email me on ' jonesb1973@aol.com '. Enjoy, Brian

This villa was superb. Roomy and ideal for the family, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. The kids loved it. Yalikavak is an ideal location to base a holiday on the Bodrum peninsular. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Location of the villa was superb, right near the swimming pool. The villa is furnished to a high standard - the mosquito nets are invaluable.
The complex is well maintained and the staff on site are friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
