Lovely villa with everything you need. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Great location, would highly recommend.

This was our 5th time on holiday to Florida and renting a villa which is in the very good location of Davenport, which is only 15 mins from all attractions in Orlando.
The villa was in immaculate condition with the double garage made into a games room for children.
The pool area was excellant during the day when we never went out and required a day of rest and in the evening when we arrived home from a day out to attractions. The pool area looks into a wooded area with total Privacy and not overlooked.

I was very satisfied and would recommend this villa to friends. Location was good. Neighborhood was very peaceful, and close to shoppingcenters, and restaurants, and not to far from Disney World.

Great property, lovely pool and roomy house ideal for our family reunio n of four generations. Very pleased with service from initial enquiry to the day we returned home. Recommend the pool heating during the cooler months.

THIS PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WITH ALL THE ESSENTIALS FOR AN EASY LIFE.
FANTASTIC LOCATION FOR ALL THE DISNEY PARKS AND SEAWORLD ETC.
WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN...MAYBE NEXT CHRISTMAS!!!

Great Property,
4 large rooms,
kitchen great, huge, all appliances only missed a measuring jug
Loved the master ensuite with large seperate shower and huge bath
Loved the view from the pool, felt secluded
Great games room in the garage and we loved playing with the Wii console.
Only downsides are:
some curtains in the twin rooms as the blinds alone do not block light
could be slightly cleaner. my son cut his foot on some glass in kitchen floor, the second ensuite did not look like it had been cleaned.
I would still recommend this property to friends and relatives

We have just returned from a two week holiday in florida where we stayed at Villa Albatros, The Villa was comfortable and had most things you would expect in your holiday home but we feel it is more suitable for a group of eight rather than the ten we had because once the two youngest children went to bed on the sofa bed the rest of the group obviously had to move away from the living room area. The pool was also to small for a group of ten. The location was great nice and easy to find and the neighborhood was really pleasant we would recommend this villa for any groups of eight or less.

Vacation in Villa Albatross was first class, good location and pool well placed for sun all day. Facilities inside the villa were excellent and villa itself was very clean, with plenty of towels, crockery etc. Having two ensuite bathrooms was brilliant and it was great that the two twin rooms were not next to the living area - nice and quiet for youngsters when sleeping. Definitely recommended.

A very nice property kept to a good standard.
Only one dissapointment was I paid for heated pool and would suggest that it was not heated. I did call the managment who said they would get the pool man to come to the property the next day. I believe that the pool man did call but the water was still cold.

We had a great time on our stay at the Villa Albatross. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren and they made great use of it and the pool toys that were included.We all enjoyed it, but them the most.
Our whole family were impressed with how the house was equipped and while we missed not having a b-b-q, I dont know where you would have put it anyway. We managed just fine without it.
If there was any down side, it was that we didnt feel that there was any way you could get to Disney World in 10 minutes as advertised.
Other than that, it was all we could have asked for.

Excellent, This was the first time we have stayed in a villa normally we stay in a hotel, but from now on we would choose a villa.
The villa was just as described which was beautiful, plenty room for us all to have our own space and easy to reach the parks. Would always check to see if this villa is available 1st.

The layout of the villa was spacious and very suitable for a large family. The property was in great condition, the pool was excellent and the lady who looked after the property was a real help.
Lots of storage space for clothes, fantastic en suite bathrooms to the main bedrooms, everything you needed in the kitchen and a games room top keep the kids occupied when needed.
A great holiday - I would recommend this villa.
